We lost one of the great ones last night
 

I am so sorry to inform everyone in the Stevie family, we lost a terrific friend last night. Michael Weisbrod aka Nicksphan passed away tragically last night. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers. We are going to miss him terribly.. .. If anyone needs any funeral information you can E-mail me at [email protected].

He just sent me some Stevie DL links a few days ago through Seven Wonders email. What happened?

I've known him 15 years.

That is terribly sad. He just posted yesterday.

I'm sorry for his family and the board's loss. I never spoke to him personally but looking back on his posts it seems to have been a loss on my part too for not making the effort.

OMG... I met him at the Atlantic City show in August... He seemed to be in perfectly good health/spirits. We rushed the stage together. Oh dear... this is just awful... :distress: At least he was able to see Stevie one last time...

I think he was 45 (or thereabouts). I remember that because he asked me if I was around his age (I tried not to take it as an insult!). Just too dang young to go like this. :distress:

I didn't talk to him much but am familiar with his posts and am sadden to hear this. Good vibes and condolences to those that now have to live without him.

I just wonder what the cause of death was? heart attack? stroke? aneurysm?

He's the one thats somewhat heavyset with glasses right? I think I've met him b4 too. How sad!

Michael had a epolitic seizure and there was a freak accident...
Thanks to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I will pass it along to his family on Monday.
