RIP Steviefan59- Pat McCoy
 

Hey Everyone...

I'm not sure if you know this yet or not, I know some of you do- but for those who don't I wanted to let you know that today is a very sad day- as we lost an incredible friend and "Sister" to all of us- Pat McCoy. She was diagnosed with Esophagus cancer last year, and was just told a couple of months ago that she was cancer free by her cancer doctors. All of a sudden, she was in a lot of pain over the past couple of weeks and unexpectedly had to go back to the hospital for more tests, etc.. and this morning, I had a very sad note from her Brother letting me know she passed away at 4am. I guess the one comforting thing to know is she isn't in pain, nor suffering anymore.. Anyway, her family and friends are in my prayers..

I don't know who Pat is, but thank you for posting this. I will keep her family in my thoughts tonight, Arlene.

I didn't really know Pat, but my sympathy goes out to her family.

I am so sad and in shock. Pat was always so kind to me and such a great friend. I have been working on something special for her, in her memory, and will have it ready to share shortly.

sad, indeed. i'm praying for her friends and family :(

I'm very sorry to hear this Arlene, incredibly sad news. I didn't know Pat very well but I remember her posts. Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

This is so sad. My thoughts to her family, and to you, Arlene. I know you were close to her.

I am glad that you stayed in touch with her. I know you to be a very kind person as well, and I am sure your friendship gave her something to keep her mind occupied. I am glad you were there for her. I hope I have someone like you, when it's my time.

I'm sorry to say that I never knew Pat McCoy. Regardless, my sincere sympathies and respects to her family and friends suffering their loss of her.

I found out about Pat's passing yesterday and while I did not know her personally she has been in my thoughts since I heard the sad news. Arlene, I am so sorry for your loss.

Oh I'm sorry,My thoughts and prayers to her family.Ooh I hate that word cancer.

How truly sad! I am very sorry to hear this and wish condolences to her family and friends. Life is so fragile.
