Good edit there!

Forgot to mention that this will be open for quite some time! Vote away!

Any more people gonna vote in this baby? :)

Oh, I would like to! But I totally don't understand at all. Not a bit! I have numerical dyslexia, and it looks like you really have a way with tabulating and counting that's way over my head. So, I don't know if this will help or can be added to your figures, but based on the songs you have listed, I am going to vote for 5 of them, in order of preference... If these can be added to your rankings, please do so.
1. I Can't Wait
2. Doing The Best That I Can
3. Gold And Braid
4. Fall From Grace
5. Edge of 17

I so don't understand this that it intrigues me. And I wish 'Sleeping Angel' were on your list, because that would have been # 1 for me. I seem to remember a ranking thread from long ago and I imagine a lot of what I might have voted for has been eliminated in prior threads, which probably also explained your methodology- which would have also gone over my head:) So, just thought I'd visit once and see what your figures wind up being whenever you finish.

This thread explains the concept:

Look at the top of the current thread for the changed points! Let me know if this helps.

Thank You for the link! You explained it very clearly, and I admire your brainpower, I sometimes am fascinated by that which I can't grasp, and I should try harder.
But it hurts my a.d.d., it hurts my everything :)
I'll lurk, with interest in your results. It's really impressive, the system you've devised, very impressive. All you smart people have fun with it!
I bet you can do spread sheets too.
...I can balance my checkbook, unless exactness counts!

Something here is wrong...Ethan started with 22 songs and now we only have 21. Rooms on Fire is missing from the list if I see it right.

^ you're right...hmm I didn't even notice. How can that be fixed? Do we just throw it back in?

I think everyone can blame this on me! I don't know how I missed it, but I did!!! I fixed my totals to include Rooms On Fire. I am Very sorry that I missed it to begin with. My only excuse is that I posted it in the morning and I am far from a morning person!!!

Ok I must be really dumb because I have no idea what all these numbers mean so I'm just going to rank these songs from best to least. Somebody's going to have to do the calculations for me (not that I do not know how to add but I don't know what I'm suppose to be adding). Are these people's top songs from BN and solo albums? Is that what we are trying to accomplish here? If so there are many greats missing from this list IMO but the people have spoken! Also, my favorites can change at any moment but the tops will always be the tops.

1. I Can't Wait
2. Rooms on Fire
3. How Still My Love
4. Trouble in Shangri-La
5. Nightbird
6. Edge of Seventeen
7. Fall from Grace
8. Wild Heart
