She looks like she has a moustache in the pic from the ALAYF video.

I think it's just bad light or from scaning the picture. That's one of those pictures from the calanders that were released in the 90s. I have the big picture of it and it doesn't look that bad.

Liam and Sanne both agree on all the photos years except this one. He says Bella Donna and she says Rumours.
So, please give your opinions. What year might you say this belongs in?

This photo you guys say is from Bella Donna, but I have never seen another photo of her in this outfit from that year. Was this at a Tom Petty show? I'd swear this was from Rumours. Unless as David might suggest, is that the head of Roy Bittan off to the left?

Definitely "Bella Donna". Her hair's the same as it is on the HBO special.

Agreed. And that's a whole lotta sparkle for Rumours.

I think it's Rumours-era based on her hair, it was lighter and frizzier in '81. In '77-'78 it was a bit darker with some highlights, also visible in the photo.
But I'm not sure, Liam could be right.

Anyone know when Stevie and Herbie were roommates? He told me that he took this picture when Stevie and he were roommates. He said she was wrapped up in a cashmere blanket reading a book and he said, "Stevie" and she looked up and that's when he snapped the shot.

Judging by her appearance, I would say definitely Bella Donna era.

I think it's Rumours era too.

And the one with all the sparkle has to be BD...can't be Rumours, because that guys head wouldn't be there. He looks like he is balding, unlike John.

I'd say 1978 (late Rumours). Her hair and makeup remind me of these pics.

Hello all. I got to tell you, I think the pictures of Stevie taken at Elizabeth Taylor's birthday party are the absolute worst pictures I have ever seen of Stevie. Even all the "raccoon eyes" concert photos from RAL are nowhere near as bad....and those ARE pretty bad. I know a little something about the photo right above it. It was taken in London during the OSOTM tour by an old pen pal of mine named Bob Ayres. The guy with the glasses is Johnny Starbuck and that's Carlos next to Stevie.

Thank you Sanne! I love your detailed descriptions with each photo. After reading what you wrote for this photo I thought I'd mention that it looks like he was trying to make Stevie a clone of himself.



BTW she looks horrible here but he looks good. IMO.

Just to add to what Sanne said, this was taken at Heathrow Airport in November 1989 when Stevie was flying back to LA after her London shows. There were photos of this in the newspapers at the time because people thought she had turned up with a baby (she had been talking a lot about adoption in interviews around that time). Of course it was just a doll to add to her collection. Apparently she carried it onboard like that. I don't know if it had its own seat but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

From the Rock 'n' Run for charity race & concert benefit on the field at UCLA, March 1983. The closeup shot of Stevie's head in your next post was also from that day. Fleetwood Mac minus Lindsey Buckingham & plus Billy Burnette played some blues & some Fleetwood Mac songs. UCLA filmed everything, but we never got our leaked copies .... (mysterious .... oooh ....)
