I spy Stevie coming out of a restaurant?
 

You guys....a friend just randomly sent me this link to see this video. Apparently, someone caught Stevie coming out of somewhere, LOVE her shoes, but who are these kids she's with???? Theres like 2 little girls...dark haired girls. Weird. Anyway, here it is.

It looks like it could be her.....and those could be Mick's little girls? I saw them in that demo feature on the Island Rumours Band, and IIRC, one was blonde and the other dark-haired?

True, it could be, but I kind of think it looks like her a lot. I mean, notice the way she walks...that kind of seems like the Stevie we see walking aroud today. And if you look closely towards the end, it looks like Karen walking in front of her.

I just watched it again, I totally think it's her. It looks like Stevie all round to me....cept we can't see her face...but the arms, the hair, the outfit, the pants especially, all scream Stevie to me. Seriously, I think the woman in front of her is Karen, now that everyone has pointed Karen out to me on the DR doc.

Yeah, the walk was the first thing I noticed...and the hair...as I am completely envious of Stevie's long hair. That is definitely her walk though...and her posture :nod:

Agreed, Gypsy. It's definitely her. And as I looked at her shoes, I thought...WOW, those are exactly what I would expect Stevie to wear on her off days. So cute. I've seen some candid pics of her coming out of places and stuff, and that looks exactly like a top I've seen her wearing, the slit sleeves at the top, and the way her arms look. SO her. haha.

Looks like it could be her. Are her legs that thin? That's the only difference I could notice. This almost looks like a younger woman but Stevie does look more thin in street clothes. I wish we could see her face - but it looks like we got a second of her normal sunglasses. Does Karen doesn't have children, so I wonder whose they are. If that is Karen - and it looks like her too. Very interesting.

Yeah, the more I look, the more it looks like her. One of the girls is dark-haired and one is blonde, and they sure could be Mick's little ones. She's their godmother, isn't she? This looks like it could be either Hawaii or SoCal.

It sounds like her friend just found it online - didn't film it.

I didn't realize Mick had young children again. :o He had kids from his other wife that age back in the 70s. And mick lives in Hawaii so I'd guess they are visiting CA or stevie is visiting HI on their summer break. Well the mac is spending time together, that's good.

That's SO the Stevie walk :laugh: . And the Stevie hair... and the Stevie street clothes, etc.

Mick's twins Ruby and Tessa are about 7 or 8, I think. If Stevie's chilling with Mick's family during the break, that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. ;)

Trust Stevie to wear black on a warm summer evening! :laugh: I guess it's okay if you're going from an air-conditioned restaurant to an air-conditioned ride.

Sorry guys, my friend didn't film this, he just happened to come across it. A friend of his told him about it, but that friend does know who filmed it, so I can ask around and see what I can find out. From what he said though, it was definitely her. They were eating at this place next door to where this guy was eating and they caught them coming out.

I'm not saying it's Stevie because I want it to be her, I'm saying I really honestly think it's her for sure because of everything that everyone has already stated. That is DEF a Stevie off-stage top and that def looks like how she looks in pants, and her walk is undeniable.

I think we can 99% safely assume that this is our girl, Stevie. I bet she was spending time with Mick's girls too because he recently said in an interview that Stevie is an amazing godmother.

Gotta be her. I will see what I can find out though.

The more I watch that video, the more I think it's not her. Firstly, the shirt she's wearing shows a lot of her upper arms, and Stevie always has her upper arms covered up, so i don't see Stevie walking around in something that would show so much of her imperfections, and secondly, i just don't see how plausible it would be for Stevie, Karen and Mick's two kids to be walking down the street together, alone. Usually, Stevie has some kind of entourage with her, and i would suspect that when she leaves a restaurant, her car service is waiting right out front. Also, "Karen" might actually be a guy.

What are the odds that this woman....looking the same age as Stevie, with the SAME length hair as Stevie, same Stevie clothes, Stevie walk.....like...what are the odds that there is somebody else out there walking around dressed like that in the summer?

We obviously can't be sure, I'm just saying, if it was actually somebody else, wouldn't their hair be a little shorter or a little longer or something? I love Stevie, but we all know she kind of has this "walk" these days...like, you can just tell she's getting older. Most older women don't have hair this length that is full on colored blonde with no gray.

I'm just saying, the odds of this BEING Stevie is greater than the odds of this NOT being Stevie. Right?

Exactly Rhiannon, thats what I'm sayin' too! haha. Who wears this attire in July? Just Stevie. Regardless of whether WE ALL know who these 2 little girls are, does not make it less likely that it is Stevie. She actually has a real life that we don't know about...I'm sure...with people in it that we have never heard of.

Well, if you are in Santa Monica, please have a camera handy at ALL TIMES. We need good Stevie footage, lol, like frontal footage so that we can all rest at night knowing it's really her, lol.

Actually though...don't you guys think it's weird that we see pics of all these celebrities at random places, shopping, walking around, getting out of their cars, and we just NEVER see Stevie doing any of those regular human things.....

I agree. Those are a few of the reasons I think it's not her. Plus I don't think that looks like Karen anyway. Too slouchy, and I don't think Karen would be sporting a back pack.


I often see women that make me do a double take thinking it looked like Stevie. Shoot, that could be Jazmen Flowers! Keep in mind, the odds of seeing someone walking around in inspired Stevie hair and fashion are much greater than seeing the real woman. I'd hate for any of you guys to have to identify someone in a line up, because an innocent person might go to jail. The only thing that can be ID'd with 100% accuracy in that video is the butter knife! :lol:

I do think it is stevie, wish she turned to get a look at her face, But definetly the way she walks and the reebox sneakers look similiar style she would wear. She could be with lindsey kids or micks kids. The guy or woman with back pack was probably her body guard. I want to say that woman is Stevie Nicks.


I want to say its Stevie, but not a 100% sure the two little girls she is with, one has brown hair and the other looks a little younger and has blonde hair could either be Micks girls or Lindseys girls. I am guessing too maybe Aunty Stevie is taking them out for dinner she probably does alot of baby sitting. I can see her being the cool aunt and letting the kids do what they want to do, and dressing them up and having mock concerts in her living room.

I think there's an awfully good chance it is Stevie. There's such a strong resemblance, and those little girls look so much like Ruby and Tessa Fleetwood. You can see the girls in this Island Rumours Band video -- first at the 2:00 minute mark and then again at about 6:20. Very much like the little blonde and brunette in the video. Our 'Is-It-Stevie' is protectively taking the hand of the dark-haired one, that would be Ruby, who suffered a very serious swimming pool accident a year or so ago.

Seems like a lot of people don't want it to be her, but why? Does she lose her magical aura if she actually does normal things? I'd love to think Stevie could have an enjoyable evening with friends at a restaurant, and even walk half a block on a pleasant evening to the waiting limo....just like the rest of us. (Minus the limo part!:laugh: )

Hmmmm unsure... bit hard isn't it guys. But ., you know what, if it is her, good on her for getting out without the entourage!

Can't speak for anyone else, but it has nothing to do with not wanting it to be her, I just personally don't think it is. To me that's someone trying to look like Stevie. I have a feeling when Stevie does go out to do normal things, she makes an effort to not look like that. The people I've met who have run into her out for non publicity activities have said they almost didn't recognize her because she wasn't in her stereotypical clothing. I wouldn't be upset if it turned out it was her though. I think perhaps more people want it to be her for the reason that you said, because it's cool to think of her doing normal things like normal people. I'm sure she does, but I think she does it with at least one large man near her.

I'll admit, that's true. I'd very much like this woman to be her, because I'd like to think Stevie can do normal, enjoyable things. I hate the idea of her imprisoned by her fame.

I agree..And Stevie does not always have an entourage when she's tooling around near her home. Usually Karen IS her entourage. If Stevie will go out like THIS, then she definitely would go out showing a little upper arm:

Yeah exactly. Because everyone walks around Santa Monica in Stevie's typical offstage clothing (black stretch pants with black shirt strategically covering the butt) in the summer , with the Stevie walk, with a lady that looks identical to Karen. right? lol

i have watched this clip 50 times i bet ya~ i am thinking it's stevie~ sure has too many similariies to me, to be an imposter~

& she does go out w/ an entourage~ a friend of mine was able to see her & snag an autograph at a record store in soho the day before the barnes & noble signing & she was w/ just karen he said~ dressed casual like this, yet stevie-esque~

Yeah when she's on tour and stuff she has bodyguards, but when she's just out and about near home - Karen is often the only one with her (but don't get any ideas potential stalkers out there, Karen is as tough as any male bodyguard).

Someone I know who works in the medical field saw her in Atlanta on the Say You Will tour. She visited a doctor in Atlanta, and only Karen was with her. She had simple black pants and top on, and was gracious to those who recognized her- she even signed an autograph for someone in the waiting room.

Publicity photos are hardly the same as being out pushing a grocery cart. When she lived in AZ people used to spot her often wearing floral print dresses, usually always with a hat on and dark sunglasses. When she goes out to be "normal" she doesn't want to be recognized, and I think especially if she was minding someone elses kids, she would want to be inconspicuous.

Does anyone have photos of Karen, because based on the little I've seen of her, and the one time I met her, that doesn't look like her. All you can tell from that video is that it's a brunette. For those who insist it is Karen, if it was in fact NOT Stevie in this video, would you still insist it's Karen, or is it just that it happens to be a brunette near someone who may be Stevie so therefor it must be Karen?

my friend said she was very quietly browsing in the rock section & he saw her~ he said there was 2 other people in there besides him, stevie & karen & no one else came up to her, or bothered her at all~

he said he polite slid over to her & said she has touched him thru the years & if she would sign "this" for him~ she did, it was a jazz cd he had went into buy, i'll have to ask which one~ he then said he thanked her & quietly left her to browse~ he said she was very sweet & as you said gracious~ & he said, because of that he wanted to make sure not to draw attention to her, so people wouldn't bombard her or anything~ he said he ended up buying 2 copies of the jazz cd, another one to listen too, because he didn't want to ruin the one stevie signed on the plastic wrap~ he said, tho karen was near stevie, she was down about 5 feet away looking at cd's herself~
