Bad people/traders page on my website
 

Hi everybody,
I finally decided to publish a Bad people/traders page on my website to warn other Stevie fans. I've had repeating problems with these persons named and I will NOT shut my mouth anymore about them. I've heard from several other Stevie fans the same stories and what these persons are doing is NOT ok! Some of you might think that this is extreme...not in my opinion. If I would have had problems with them for just one time I wouldn't have mention it. I'm trying to warn all Stevie fans to be VERY cautious...I do not want that they will have the same problems.

Nice collection of photos on your site, Melanie. I'd quibble with the "eras" you have assigned some of them to, but it's fun to look through all of them. Do they expand?

Good for you! If you can save someone else from being ripped off, why not do it?

Good for you, and I personally, send you a huge "thank you" for doing that! I know a lot of people who spend good money for photos as well as other Stevie goodies, and it sure helps to know just who the bad ones are out there.. My hat's off to you for doing that!

Thanks Jonathan, Arlene, Jill and Pat! I'm somewhat tired about these persons andI just can't see it anymore what they are doing to other Stevie fans again and again. Enough is enough!

Hi Melanie: Its great that your doing this....I have also had some not so good dealings with these same traders (& maybe some others too). As much as I love what this one person has in there collection (pics/cds etc) ....I'm not sure they are to be trusted anymore. Personally, its really really sad when other 'fans' do this to other fans. It really shouldn't be like this and that is no way to act. If you are going to trade with other fans. Please please be honest about such transactions & follow through .....it shouldn't have to take repeated emails etc. If you agree on something do it.....no crap about months....I do mean months (like 6 months or longer) & than send the said items.... agreed upon. Its wrong--period. Yes, we all have problems & issues. But repeated excuses only run you so far......and they are lame. If you were wrong please own it......as I always say walk a mile in the persons shoes that doesn't have said items. Would YOU like to be treated this way.....probably not........its very very sad......it should not ever be this way......and it is wrong ....period.......IMO anyway......thats my peace......:shrug::nod:

You're wrong....we've been in contact years ago, during the Affairs of the Heart fanzine time. We've written back and forth few times but nothing seriously. I have had alot of contacts at the beginning of the 90s. And the FACTS that are stated on my Bad people page are FACTS that I got from SEVERAL Stevie fans not only from ONE. If I would have heard these stories just ONE time then there would have been no need for me to mention this. BUT...this are REPEATING stories from DIFFERENT Stevie fans so you really should stay away from the name of this ONE person.

The names on my Bad people page are names that came across my life again and again the past years and it is indeed very strange that the same names are mentioned by other fans with the same story. So this really makes someone startle. My decision to do this page are mentioned on the page itself. I want to WARN other Stevie fans...what they are doing themselves at least are out of my hands.

To publish this page is NOT criminal. I do not commit any crime. Everything stated is factual and not harassing. You can involve your lawyers and if I should get an answer from any of the lawyers they will get the same response from me as stated above. And...at least....the US law is different as the german law. So the US law is NOT valid in Germany!

Hey..You dont see me hiding...Im am all out here..I also have contacted the moderator...And I also will contact an attorney...You CAN have your own opinion but only if it is the truth..No one has ever bought anything from me on photo paper especially you..YOU melanie bought a photo from my husband which you didnt like and didnt talk to him about a refund..This has been your beef all the time...And I dont think I would put Herbert into your childish stupied ****..He doesnt like when others put him in their drama..It apears you and YOUR bosom buddies dont know how to do anything but stir the pot and cause more drama...I dont frequent here or 7wonders anymore for just this reason...DRAMA...Im gonna tell you the same thing I told another of your friends here...Dont put me in your drama..
I have stated here and 7wonders if I owed anyone anything to email me..I cant help being sick as Lisa cant help that either..Lisa and Joe Frequent here but just dont post..They are very well aware what is being said about them..

YOU really have the nerves to talk about photos??? YOU have DOWNLOADED photos from the Backstage Gallery and SOLD them at eBay even though YOU didn't have the permission! Backstage Gallery only sells photos in BIG sizes starting with the size 11x14, the photos YOU have offered were size 4x6. And you have cropped out the logo on the right lower corner. And you are repeating to tell that ALL the photos you are offering for sale were purchased 10 years ago. Did you purchase the SAME photo 20 times 10 years ago??? Of course, everybody is buying 20 copies of the same photo, how stupid me! The same **** with the rare polaroid photos that were offered at eBay few times ago. These are UNIQUE but you sold CHEAP downloaded copies of them again and again. I know some of the owner of the ORIGINAL polaroids. You can stop telling ****. It's not me who lies, it's YOU!

Sorry Melanie, but you have me confused with someone else. We had NO contact during the Affairs of the Heart fanzine days because I was not part of it (possibly because I was caring for a husband who was dying of cancer and had no time, but that is neither here nor there). THIS is the FIRST interaction that we have ever had.

I guarantee that what you have heard about me has been since I unsubscribed from that joke of a group back in the winter. And the so-called "facts" that you are relying upon came from one person and her little clique. The proof is in what you posted above, as I did not mention anyone's names but mine, Lisa's, and Joe's. Oops - sorry, but you just "outed" your informant!

I did not say that publishing your page is criminal, however what you posted about me is untrue. Cyberspace has NO boundaries, therefore the slanderous comments that have been made about me on it ARE illegal. Prior to me unsubscribing from that lame group, I saw the same things happen to other innocent people, and it is beyond comprehension how someone can devote her life to trying to ruin the lives of others. I am too old for this petty crap, and I will not tolerate my name being slandered in this manner. I can assure you that this "boy who cried wolf" syndrome is going to end in a major way in the near future.

During the short time that I was (stupidly) part of that group, I witnessed this pattern with others, as I already stated. After I unsubscribed, not only did the harassment continue in the way of private emails to me, but also to others, as well as constant posts to the group about me - all of which were lies. She THOUGHT that everybody there was her friend, but some thought enough of me to keep me informed as to what was being said. She went so far as to demand complete loyalty from all members and for none of them to associate with me, or they would be banned. She also stated that their computers would be seized in the "criminal investigation" in an attempt to bully them, as well. Sorry, but it has all backfired on her, as I have all of the emails that she sent to me privately, all that she sent privately to others about me, the posts to the group, and more. Again, I would be happy to share them with you so that you can read for yourself who is doing the lying, because it isn't me. What is in black and white can't be disputed, and she has gone too far this time... It is rather sad that someone has to stoop to such lows, but I have had enough of it and have acted on it legally. She really needs to take a good look in the mirror and figure out WHO the liar really is - at least I can sleep at night knowing that it isn't me...

Once again, you have mistaken me for someone else, for your sake, I hope that you never have to be on the receiving end of her sick venom, and...

You seem to be intimidated by the truth here and would rather believe the lies of a select few rather than face the facts that someone just might NOT be what she has portrayed herself to be...

Oh, and by the way - your so-called "friend" certainly had a lot to say about YOU and a comment you made regarding Germany in the past. Have you felt the knife in your back as so many others of us have???

Did the same "rats" tell you that I am friends with Leanne? I don't even know her last name, I have never spoken to her until I answered her post here today, and I don't exactly call that being "friends". You need to get your facts straighter than they are now...

What YOU seemingly don't understand is that I'm talking from DIFFERENT persons, you are ALWAYS picking on just ONE person! I know for sure that the OTHER persons are NOT "friends" (as you like to say it!) with that SPECIAL person YOU are talking about. I have alot of contact with other Stevie fans and to be honest, I DON'T CARE what others thinks about me or what they ever had said about me in the past or about my country. I do not agree with ALL US mentalities that you guys have and I'm sure that the US people doesn't always agree with the german mentality. Everybody is saying something devaluate about someone or do you want to tell me that you NEVER do complain about a person or about something?? I doubt....

Personally....all this inner turmoil to me should be done privately & not on this website....That is IMO.....I do not know of anything that is going on in this discussion. I have had some dealings with certian traders whom I will not mention. They may be listed they may not. I know whom they are & they have not been honest (as I have been-honest) in the past dealings that I have had with said persons.(With that said--it is my business & no one needs to know thats my opinion anyway but I did get something in return--others maybe suspect at this point--but like I stated that is my business only)..... Some of the people listed I have no idea whom they are. I think if said people are 'adults' here than act like one....calling names gets you no where. If you messed up---own it please. I always think it strange when people are called on things & they don't own them....they are acting childish in my opinion. Some are repeat offenders in that its always an excuse. Thats sad really. I can't understand that. The saddest part of all is when we trade with others in hoping to find those Stevie/Mac items that we really really want---than the trade goes bad. I still don't understand how & why this happens. Some people have integrity & are honest while others are not. Maybe its the way they were raised? I don't know. I just know its hurtful when others ruin that trust that you place in them. These are only things. I guess in some ways they are not important BUT having an honest transaction is. So act responsibly and if you can not deliver the items agreed upon than return items or the $ or whatever it was & than its done & over with period. That is IMO --no offence meant. Again thats my peace in this matter........:shrug:

What was said about you had to do with your country and a certain religion, and it was NOT pretty...

As a matter of fact (until this happened to me), I am the most passive person you can imagine. As someone very near and dear to my heart - and NOT a member of any Stevie groups or communities - tells me constantly, it doesn't get any easier than being with me. I am the least judgmental person you could ever meet, I (until now) get along with everyone, and my life revolves around my son, my foster daughter, and my three granddaughters. I have no time for this, I don't want it in my life because it is NOT what being in Stevie forums is about for me, and therefore I have taken action to end it. I challenge you right now to produce one shred of evidence proving what you posted about me on your website, because none exists. I, on the other hand, have VOLUMES of proof that show just the opposite...

OK....Shouldn't the money being used on attorneys be better spent on maybe getting some of you guys a vacation? More importantly, good luck proving special damages on your "libel" and "slander" claims....This attorney must be a real class act!

Good reputation? You are trading ILLEGAL bootlegs. Again, a vacation is in order...And if you are paying your attorney for his services on this matter, you should stop. He is ripping you off. This case is going nowhere.

I know nothing of the situation that's being discussed here, and I'm not defending anyone at all... but my only opinion is that if anyone has a trade website for whatever you are trading, I believe a bad traders list should be based entirely on the website owners own experiences and not on second hand news or what you read somewhere else on another site. Everyones experiences are different.

& your husband/skinbug is also in the business of stealing photos & reselling them, selling grainy computer pics, pics copied from magazines/newspapers or walmart printed out copies?~ wow:distress:~ & it's hard to believe these are rare seeing as you sell the same batch of pics over & over & over...~ i mean we have to wade thru pages of them to get to the good rare stevie items~

& yes windchild has every right to have a website, i actually used to enjoy it very much~ but "they" did use photos of mine that i personally took & posted on another site, this was before i wised up to using watermarks as so many of us have had to sadly do, due to people using them w/out permission~ but as i said, it was resolved & i am not going to sit here & bash lisa or joe, that is the last thing she needs in her life~ & i wish her well~

i find it funny you talk of people's illnesses, when i know for a fact that is the excuse you use everytime you can't deliver an item to a fan, all anyone has to do to see that is to take the time to read the feedback over the years of the many names you have used, it's there in print~ i'm not making this up, you can try to blow smoke up mine or anyone's butt you want, but facts are facts~ there are other fans who have illnesses & don't do as you have done~ & you're never too ill to post them & collect the pay, just too ill to deliver them:shrug:~

Darla, if you are referring to Lisa, Joe, and me here, you are so in the dark... You have NO clue as to what went on behind the scenes, the horrible and threatening emails, the phone calls, and more. WE are not the ones who wanted to hurt others - instead it has been done to us and to our names. We had to sit and read the things that were said about us - all of which were lies - day after day for months. And if you ARE talking about us, you don't have the facts - you just have what you have been told. However, all three of us have tons of emails (that were sent to us and to others privately) that are threatening, abusive, relentless, and harassing. Again, you have no clue as to what really has gone on, and I hope that you never have to know. Many others have suffered the same fate, and it is beyond comprehension why someone would go to such lengths... If you meant them when you said "those so-called people", then I guess you are also walking in the shoes of many of us who dared to disagree or leave...

And that is exactly my point, Darla. I am NOT a trader and do not belong on that list on Melanie's website. She doesn't even know me and is merely going by what a few others have said - all of which is untrue. Think back to the post to SOTM after I had unsubscribed saying that I was banned from Enchanted, from here, and more. Obviously that is not true, and Daniel will vouch for the fact that I am not now, nor have I ever been, banned from Enchanted. That is just the tip of the ice berg of the bold faced lies that have been told, and I have had enough. I, like you, have no intentions of hurting anyone either - I never have. What has been done to me and to several of my friends is just plain malicious and has been done with no other intention BUT to try to hurt us. That is just not right...

I was ripped off by a person on her list and quite frankly, I'm glad she is listed on there so people will know to be cautious when dealing with her.
