Sanne2 06-10-2009 12:42 PM

Wow Belgium?! I wasn't expecting that!
Still to far away from me though :(
I wonder if this decreases or increases the chance for a date in Holland.

The dance 06-10-2009 12:45 PM

It is a 60 minutes drive for me.
This means more dates will follow and the last time they played Belgium was in the early 80's but i could be wrong...
I think Holland (Rotterdam) will also get a visit from FM !!!!

I checked the sites from Ahoy, Gelredome and the Arena but there was nothing there. Ahoy would be the most likely but it's almost completely stuffed with events for whole october and november.

Yes i know but they can play Rotterdam the night before or after Antwerpen.
This also better than they wont have to travel far to another place!!
Than there is also the HMH in Amsterdam. Don't worry, I think more dates in other European countries will come tomorrow and next week. I can not believe that they will skip Holland. Than this would be the first time a "huge" band like FM will play in Belgium and not in Holland. Name me one??? Tina Turner, Paul Simon, The Eagles, Coldplay, Mark Knopfler, they all come to Holland and Belgium. The prices of the tickets are also good, 44 Euro up until 76 Euro. If you take a look at the Eagels, they are up until 100 Euro.

It doesn't matter, I bought the Oberhausen tickets :D Woohoo!:blob1:
I realised Oberhausen is only a hour and 15 minutes drive while Rotterdam is 2 hours.

Well Sanne, i will try and get my tickets this saturday.
Veel plezier!!!!:]

Lindsey Jr. 06-10-2009 01:57 PM

Ledgies, I'll know on monday if I'm free that day. If so, let me know if you'll attend this beautiful event!

The dance 06-10-2009 03:48 PM

It has been since the Tusk tour that FM has been to Belgium in this line up.
The last time was during the Time tour in 1994 but that was without Stevie and Lindsey. I think tickets will go fast, don't know how many people can fit the arena's in the USA but Sportpaleis can have about 15.000 people..

vivfox 06-10-2009 03:49 PM

[QUOTE=Sanne2;825053]It doesn't matter, I bought the Oberhausen tickets QUOTE]I'm so glad you are getting to see FM! It will be interesting seeing the great pictures you are bound to post.

The dance 06-10-2009 04:13 PM

If Belgium is on the European leg og the tour than there is also a huge chance that other countries could be added. Countries like Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Holland. I think we will know more this week or perhaps next week....

The dance 06-10-2009 04:54 PM

The dance 06-10-2009 05:08 PM

shackin'up 06-10-2009 05:09 PM

That date in Kopenhagen is only listed on my own page on "mijnlivenation.nl" I didn't make it up but I don't have any other conformation yet, either. I bet that date is going to pop up soon.

shackin'up 06-10-2009 05:11 PM

No it's on my "own" page that is guarded by my password.

1980 was the last time the "Rumours"-era band came to belgium. Last Mac-concert here was in 1994 I believe.

Were they here in 1994 ? I missed them ?

I'm going nuts right now because we are on holiday (Madeira) and ticket sales start saturday and you cannot call that b*%%dy 0900 number from abroad so i need to rely on a friend to try get me front row tickets. To be sure i'm also going to try for tickets through their website, that is if this computer is available saturday morning at 9. Guess i better get up early and post myself in the lobby here at the hotel :D
I might end up with 2 extra tickets but i guess i can always sell them again.
So, how many Belgian Ledgies are going ?

SorcererJP 06-13-2009 01:26 AM

Strange, the pre-sale should start in 34 minutes....but there is still no announcements on both mentioned online pres-sale sites....

SorcererJP 06-13-2009 02:25 AM

F5 F5 F5

It's extremely busy on the ticketservers....

SorcererJP 06-13-2009 03:17 AM

It took my over an hour to F5 F5 F5 and ended up with 2nd row tickets in block 005. Unfortunatly I cannot seem to find section 005 on the floorplan. of the venue. Only 001 to 004, but 2nd row (in whatever block) is always good :-)

There are 6 blocks in front of the stage and block 5 is Lindsey side so you have got fabulous tickets!
I got mine through a friend at home and i don´t know yet which seats i got. They are 76 euro so i hope they are somewhere up front.

Well, that's great news. I think I just deserve that ;-)

Hope you will have good seats too and I also hope that Holland will get a show soon as well.

http://www.sportpaleis.be/nl/praktis...ijzer/zaalplan

Edit: Just tried to log in (for fun) and see of any other nice seat would show up...then I saw that an applet with the seating-plan could be viewed...section 005, row 2 is indeed very very upfront right from the middle :-)
