Can somebody tell me where this stevie quote was from - and if there is audio of it? I came across the quote in an old post and it sounds quite funny. I beleive it was from RAL era. I'd love to hear it for myself.

I'm not sure, 'cause I wasn't at that show, but I thought I heard something about a show from last year's tour, like maybe Toledo or something, getting rained out for awhile. They had umbrellas and she supposedly made some comments about the rain when they finally did get onstage. I'm sure someone else knows more about that.

This sounds SO familiar... I just can't put my finger on it...

Its from the US Festival in 1983. :)

It could be from any of the following:

- Reshoot of Outside the Rain/Dreams from Melbourne
- Whole Lotta Trouble music video shoot
- Skies the Limit music video shoot

What part? I've watched it before...the only thing I can think of is when she says "well I'm glad you stayed!" I think I'm so happy that you stayed is something different? At least that is what I thought - unless she says that in another part of the video.

I think its from the Weedsport NY 1986 show. This was broadcast on the radio.

Yeah I love that one Djwidow. I never was sure what she was saying before the word out. I think it is Shooo now that you say it thought. Before I though she was saying chill out.

Thank you for the 'I'm SOOOOOO happy..." file. Brings back a ton of memories, believe it or not.


I always thought she said 'chill out' as well..made no sense, I know, but it's all I could reckon she said.

Yep, it's from the US fsetival '83 :) I love her humour in that concert, lol!

I totally love these quotes. That Weedsport show was the only Stevie show I had (apart from the Red Rocks video) for about 20 years! Have played it many, many times.

I love it at US Fest when she says "Only I would remember to bring the brush from the tent" or something like that.

We have already came to the conclusion it was from the RAL show that was already posted on the first page. Kind of funny people keep saying it's the US Fest...At the US Fest she said "Well I'm glad you stayed" determindnot "I'm so happy that you stayed" ;)

It wasn't raining at the US Festival. It was hotter than bloody hell.
