Milwaukee Roll Call!

Kayyy, so I jsut bought tickets with my mom! They're not floor level, but they're towards the front of the upper section! I'm already going to 5 other concerts this summer... so yea... my parents decided that we'd only get middle seats. But hey, works for me!

I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited! Just a month and a few days away!

thatgirlwasme 05-02-2009 11:23 AM

:blob1: Yea! As I already posted, I splurged for second row, and I am so excited! I'm just hoping security is cool--not to tight, but tight enough so there isn't any trouble. Who else is going?

I'll be there!:)

LINDSEY#1FAN 05-02-2009 07:01 PM

How did you get 2nd row??? I can't seem to pull up any good seats.

I sold my soul to the FM company store ;)

LINDSEY#1FAN 05-02-2009 09:04 PM

so, you paid out the a$$ for the tickets?????

I am still gonna try to go, but only if I get good seats, and by Lindsey!

Yep, pretty much.

When Fleetwood Mac came to Madison in 2004 I didn't go, because I was a poor grad student and I couldn't justify spending the money. I watched Live In Boston and cried because my favorite band was literally a 10 minute walk from my apartment and I didn't go. I have regretted not going to that concert for 5 years and I promised myself that if they ever toured again I would spare no expense, so I didn't.

Good for you! I always seem to justify the money to my husband, lol, I ALWAYS say that they aren't gonna be playing very much longer, etc., etc., he tells me that I have been saying this for years, but I still seem to get my way! lol I spent a ton of money for the Vegas show at the end of May, so I am gonna try to sneak one more show in, Milwaukee, I am hoping. lol

Have a wonderful time, I am sure you will!!!!

Pondering this one, but undecided. Why does it have to be on a Monday night?

That's a tough one to go to, but I am gonna do my damnest to make that one! It will be THE last one that I would be able to go to . :(

Please help! How are the rows on the floor numbered at the Bradley Center? For example, I tried on the AMEX presale right away, and pulled row cc in section 3. I thought that it was like the 29th row in front of Stevie, but now I am wondering if it was actually the 3rd row. Do they start at AA for some reason? The only reason I won't be totally upset passing on 3rd row is because I really want to be on Lindsey's side, section 1.

thatgirlwasme 05-06-2009 09:43 PM

I believe the floor rows begin with AAA, BBB, CCC, and so on. I purchased BBB and am under the impression they are second row (they better be!!!). Good luck!

Thanks, I hope you are right because I just bought 2 ticket in row CCC sec.1 right in front of Lindsey!!!! Now for the hard part. I have to justify seeing FM again to my husband, who doesn't like the band in the least.

Erin 05-07-2009 12:57 PM

Lori, I guess I'll be sitting next to you and your husband. Just bought CCC sec. 1 seat 8. Yay for ticketmaster releasing decent tickets at a somewhat early date!

Great! It will be nice to meet a fellow Ledgie. I'm surprised at the decent seats that are available on TM for this show.

Skyveris 05-07-2009 02:14 PM

I'm elated to announce that I'll be there as well! I just ordered my tickets (I'll be on the Lower Level). If only the concert were taking place two nights earlier (my birthday is the 6th) -- it would make the experience that much more special. As it is, I'm veritably, inexpressibly ecstatic to be going to see my absolute favorite band in concert for the first time ever! YEAH!! :blob2::]

Is anyone in need of tickets for this show. I have tickets, but don't think I can go now.

Will continue to be nervous until I hear the first chords of Monday Morning!

Lori40 06-06-2009 07:25 PM

I'm excited but worried that they will cancel. There are still a lot of seats available in the first sections on the floor.

Erin 06-06-2009 07:25 PM

Oh and I still have an extra third row ticket if someone wants to upgrade for a lower cost.

Yeah I know. I really hope they don't wait until day of to make that decision either.

thatgirlwasme 06-06-2009 08:10 PM

Do you really they might cancel? :distress: I am so excited for this show!!!
I will be on pins and needles until Monday afternoon . . .

They better not have the nerve to cancel, or else they'll be hearing from several Ledgies!

Anyone know anything about cameras? I know I'm going to bring mine. I'd be willing to put it in my bra if I can't get past security. Surely they wouldn't be able to question that...?

And where are ya'll sitting? I'm not on floor level, we didn't wait long enough to get good seats, and my parents refuse to take the risk of upgrading them. :( I'm very disappointed. We should all carry a rose or a tambourine or something so we know who's a ledgie. xD Well, atleast a different tambourine than the ones they'll be selling there!

And don't you mean 'Needles and Pins?"

Erin 06-06-2009 08:52 PM

I don't think you'll have to go to the extreme of putting your camera in your bra. If you have a purse that has a zipper side pocket on the inside put it in there and you should be fine. I've done that many times and never had a problem. Most likely they won't even care considering how well photographed this tour has been so far.

Good one! I'm sitting up front on Stevie's side. Does anyone have a clue about going up to the stage? I'm planning on arriving early so I get my spot if they let people up before the show starts. Only 2 more days!!!

A

carol7lynn 06-07-2009 07:17 AM

Depends on the venue. At the Honda Center, in Anaheim, they let anyone who wanted to line up at the stage at least 20 minutes before the concert started without even checking tickets. My friends knew the head of security and he told us the first 13 rows could go to the stage. I was in the third row. Different story in San Diego. Security wouldn't let anyone but the front row line up before the concert started, even though, they told me the first 15 rows would be allowed stage access. Once the lights went down, I climbed over the seat in front of me and got to the stage right before Monday Morning (I had second row.) By the end of that song there were people from the Terrace (nose bleeds) behind me at the stage. Good luck!

Yes, this relatively close to showtime, a cancellation seems doubtful. Solemn prayers have been answered. Enjoy the show, all! :wavey:
