Somebody is paying attention to those tweets.

I have bitched and bitched and bitched for about two years that The Wild Heart album has not been put on itunes, while lesser Stevie albums have been put there. Well, a week or two ago, I started tweeting Stevie about it. I kept asking why the Wild Heart isn't on itunes. Guess What? It got put on itunes last night. I find this suspicious. Either she read my tweets or her management did and they got it put on itunes. I'm sure of it!

You are delusional.

skuncles 04-21-2009 08:36 AM

Yeah but I believe it's been on the schedule for awhile now.

When Karen tweeted that they were heading to Cleveland, I replied with "please surprise us with something new" and lo and behold Lindsey came out in Columbus in a new outfit!:shrug:

Maybe but seeing as how they have Street Angel, TOSTM, Rock a little and everything but the Wild Heart, it is quite suspicious. After all, it is her second biggest album. I think my tweets worked. Somebody important did see them.

skuncles 04-21-2009 11:25 AM

Timespace is also supposed to be available as of today, I haven't checked yet though.

Well during the Say You Will tour one of my April Fools Jokes was that for the second leg of the tour they were talking about adding "Sara" to the set list. Naturally after everyone found out it was my April Fool's Joke people were mad, BUT "Sara" ended up in the set for the second leg. You do the math!!! ;P

Great. Now tweet them & make them remaster & reissue her back catalogue, or at least BD, WH & RAL. Thanks.

I tweeted a request to Stevie that she close her show with a monologue from Büchner, & nothing happened. :(

I'm new to twitter as of today. how do you send messages? I was trying to figure this out earlier.

Well, you don't have to send a comment directly to someone. Just type into the "What are you doing" box. The commercial people (like Warner Bros., for example) have employees who search twitter to see if anyone is talking about them. So, if you were twittering about Stevie and someone at WB or in her management was searching to see what was being said about her, they would automatically see your tweet.

You can also respond to someone else's tweet. But for purposes of getting them to put Wild Heart on Itunes, that's not necessary. Just keep saying it in your "what are you doing" box.

Michele

I must confess I haven't even seen twitter yet - only heard about it a few weeks ago. Must investigate. That said, would it be classifie as a social networking site? Stevie is completely anti those sites - she doesn't like facebook, myspace or bebo? I may be a bit dumb as it may well not be a social networking site - thought I'd ask though

You state anything you want to say in (I think) 140 characters or less.

Ever since I shut down my lighting company, I don't have any more sway with those Fleetwood people.

Maybe I'll tweet and ask Fleetwood Mac to perform "Fall From Grace."

If they do, then we'll know something's up. ;)
