unreleased audio songs from the soundstage sessions
 

hi everybody!

unfortunately it isn't possible for fans living outside of the usa to get the two bonus tracks from i-tunes (gold dust woman & edge of seventeen) or the bonus track from amazon usa (enchanted). they're only for sale for people living in the states. is there anybody out there who wants to put these mp3's on the forum for fans living in europe etc.?

On iTunes you can just switch your country. :shrug: Switch it to the USA, buy the songs, then switch back to your normal country. I've done that before. :]

Where do you live? Because I know in Europe you can't just change countries, if you try to buy a song from the US store, for example, it just re-directs you back to the UK (or whenever) store.

I tried to get a song from the UK Itunes (that isn't on US) but wasn't able to, but I also don't know how to switch countries, so that could explain it...SS99...check your pms, though! :rolleyes:

I've gotten a few things from the Austrailian store before. Maybe it doesn't work in Europe.

All I want is 'Dreams'. No one has posted it.

Ive never been able to buy stuff from the us iTunes store. You need an American credit card :mad:

And its the same with me I can't get any of the bonus tracks either.

Did that thread get deleted because I can't find it now? :shrug:

Yes! Its so annoying that they only have released the standard edition in New Zealand and Australia, so i can't listen to any of the bonus tracks, Rhiannon, Eo17, Gold Dust Woman etc.

I'm curious about the songs that are not included on the Soundstage Sessions, but are available as downloads:

Are these songs just direct copies of the Live in Chicago DVD, or have they been worked on in the studio, post-show, in the same manner as the Soundstage Sessions cd?

To my ears, they are from the performance. They include audience noise and the like.

From what I can tell from listening to them, they sound like the audio on the DVD. They have the audience as part of the audio.

Thanks! That's not surprising. But it would have been more intriguing if they had been retouched a bit. I'm hoping eventually they will be available for everyone.
