Yes, it's FNC, but Hannity and the like are not on this show...it's just like a morning chat show.

Musicman408 04-04-2009 09:57 AM

I'm hoping she'll get some rest before the next leg! I want her to be fresh for the 18th!!

SandyMac 04-04-2009 11:18 AM

Here is the link to their web site, so maybe they will post the video after it airs.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing, but I am sure also there will be limited time. I am guessing the interview will be 5 min if that, could be wrong, but have a feeling it is a not in depth interview. Isn't the time supposed to be 10 minutes before the hour? you figure 5-6 min of interview and then commercials.

Macfanforever 04-04-2009 10:27 PM

Hi all ,what is the actual time she will appear., New York time est, dst.

Lee 04-05-2009 07:08 AM

Clayton Morris just talked about the interview. It should be on somewhere between 8 & 10 a.m. ET. He said that he got her to do something that she's never done before.

Lee :)

Macfanforever 04-05-2009 07:19 AM

yes i just seen the teaser.

enchanted 04-05-2009 07:20 AM

Thank goodness it is soon, because I cannot take much more of this "news" program that would not know the truth, as opposed to one sided and unsupported innuendo, if it bit them in the a$$

I wonder what they asked her or made her do that she never did before?

HejiraNYC 04-05-2009 07:52 AM

Oh, here we go... At least Fox attempts to inject some degree of objectivity, e.g., Alan Colmes, than the typical liberal left media. Agree with them or not, at least they offer a dissenting point of view, which, as far as I know, has not been patently false. I would certainly trust Fox as a source of news more than MSNBC!

I prefer CNN. The thing about Fox is they bring on people like Ann Coulter and assert their patently false BS as a fact. Then, the hapless Colmes sheepishly tries some weak retort. Does anyone really believe that America's demand for drugs is not in a very large way responsible to Mexico's booming drug business or that W did not make America seem arrogant  Yet, Fox asserts it as a blatant lie because Hillary Clinton (who is de facto a horrible person) fudged some numbers about the weapons.

But and before the thought police some - let's get back to the interview and continue the Faux News BS in the chit chat thread.

I thought the interview was cute. I want La Nicks' Twitter account. I have never been on Twitter. How would you find it?

Macfanforever 04-05-2009 08:00 AM

Wow it was on time,The host just sign her up on twitter.

Lee 04-05-2009 08:01 AM

Twitter?

I don't want to spoil it for everyone, but what Clayton gets Stevie to do involves Twitter. I'm not seeing any action there though. Hmmmm.....

Lee :)

Macfanforever 04-05-2009 08:02 AM

I dont watch FOX , and the regular network.

TrueFaith77 04-05-2009 08:03 AM

The Tweetie Bird swinging was sooooooooooooooo cuuuuuuuuuuuute. i love her.

ETA: Golly, in a few years, there's going to be a VH1 show called "I Love 2009" and all the comedians are going to be making fun of that short-lived fad Twitter.

I thought she had a laptop she carries around with her.or Karen does it for her.

SandyMac 04-05-2009 08:04 AM

OMG, great interview. The look on Stevie's face... priceless when they were talking about twitter. not gonna happen I think. I mean who wants to twitter with Karen as apposed to Stevie? I know Stevie would tell Karen what to type, but seems too techie for Stevie.

I myself have not twittered, but damn, if Stevie starts doing it... I will fall off my chair and will need rushed to the ER.

Love how they played clips from the DVD though.

Oh, and she didn't know that GYOW was on Guitar Hero, and that a likeness of her was on there. Of course, Stevie herself would not need to give permission for that, so no wonder she did not know.

strandinthewind 04-05-2009 08:11 AM

I loved her "Oooooooo - thank you soooo much" when he told her about the creation of her Twitter account. I thought the cat had the claws out

I thought, for a minute, she was going to do the Guitar hero, which would have been way cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nicksphan 04-05-2009 08:21 AM

Clayton Morris posted this on Twitter on April 2nd (the interview was taped on April 1st)...

"My interview with Stevie Nicks was amazing...we ended up hanging out afterwards and she gave me the dirt on a new Fleetwood Mac album"

On the 1st @ 2:36PM, he posted..."Getting ready to sit down with Stevie Nicks for an interview. I'm a huge fan boy. I don't mind admitting it."

At 5:16PM he posted... "Darn MTV is with Stevie right now. Hurry up. You don't even play music on your station anymore."

Seems like he gets as excited to meet as as we do...

nicksphan 04-05-2009 08:23 AM

Stevie already has 234 followers on Twitter and she (or Karen) just posted ..."Thanks to all of my new followers on Twitter. I really appreciate it."

Macfanforever 04-05-2009 08:24 AM

I just replayed the interview,It was great.I hope Guitar Hero will add her a more FM songs to their list. Then I prpbably buy it.Also I guess I got to sign up to Twiiter.

Ummmmm... wouldn't that have made for a better interview than trying to get her on Twitter.

And then he didn't even share the dirt on his Twitter.

And why is it "dirt"?

Musicman408 04-05-2009 08:31 AM

Could someone post a link to the interview?

Glad it all went well!

TrueFaith77 04-05-2009 08:33 AM

How lame! Clayton created the account. And he set it up so that Stevie would be "following" his tweets. How rude. It's not really her account then, if that makes sense. She didn't chooose to follow him.

just fyi (I only have 1 follower):

http://www.twitter.com/johndemetry

ETA: Imagining Stevie as Tweetie Bird and Lindsey as Sylvester.

wildheart048 04-05-2009 08:40 AM

I cannot believe I did this...I only set the dvr for one hour...I got through the teasers, and he was just announcing Stevie and it went blank....WAH! ; (

Macfanforever 04-05-2009 08:41 AM

I did a search on twitter ,where is she.

TrueFaith77 04-05-2009 08:51 AM

www.Twitter.com/realstevienicks

SandyMac 04-05-2009 09:06 AM

Alright, I can't believe I just did this, but signed up at twitter. Yeah gotta know it was Karen who posted that, but what the hell. I still don't see this going anywhere with Stevie but maybe if she knows how many people are on her account, it might turn into something.. who knows.

It definitely is a more direct way to connect to the fans.

RockALittle250 04-05-2009 09:36 AM

Could someone please post up the interview...i fell asleep and completely forgot to set my DVR

SandyMac 04-05-2009 09:43 AM

Well, right now she has 374 followers, not bad for an interview that only aired about 2 hours ago. By the end of the day, it might be 600 or so.
