Five Songs That Need To Be Unleashed!

Of the songs not part of the Unleashed Tour setlist, which FIVE would you most want?

I have to set some ground rules. These can be ANY Fleetwood Mac tracks from PG to SYW, but not solo tracks (Go Insane and Stand Back were already part of the Mac touring catalogue).

I haven't even decided my five, yet. But I was curious to know what 5 songs people think would best bolster the Unleashed Tour!

I kind of agree with both of the above - the band is getting better as the tour moves on, but I still don't think they would deliver a truly blistering version of SOTM. For that reason, I'm leaving SOTM out.

1. Tango In The Night
2. WMYTYTO
3. Seven Wonders
4. Frozen Love
5. Thrown Down (I know, nobody knows it & it would probably be a bore live, but I adore this song.)

I Don't Wanna Know would be OK with me too.

Gypsy- acoustic

5 votes for Thrown Down at present, and one honorable mention. I'm impressed. That splendid song should have been released as a single.

I definately meant ANY! I was trying to think of an appropriate Danny track ("Dust" perhaps would have been my pick) but the five I gravitated toward happened to be Lindsey/Stevie.

Plus it really invites some harmonizing or duet-ing that has worked so well on this tour.

True, and how I'd love to hear Lindsey's infectious guitar riff on that song live.

Yes to this, especially since Lindsey said he'd do it in Hamilton after Time Precious Time... and didn't deliver. :distress:

I can't pick 5, but I think if they let her, Stevie could probably still do a pretty decent modified version of The Highwayman.

i wish fm would have a poll on their website about what songs we would like to hear on the tour and then they could pick the fan favorites. at this point i would be happy if they chose one song that the fans get to vote for. john mayer did this last year for every show and i thought it was a great idea.

It holds a very special place to me. And if it was done "just so", I could roll with it. But as things stand...I think it should remain in its "TimeSpace", if you will.

Tango In The Night
Seven Wonders
Save Me A Place
That's Alright
Crystal

(It was a bit like pulling teeth to not include Bleed To Love Her. But it had to go since we've heard it from FM more recently than my other choices. Lindsey's recent solo version of SMAP brought a tear to my eye, but I am dying to hear Stevie sing low harmonies on it, as her voice is now.)

nightbird28 03-24-2009 12:44 AM

I'd like to hear

Mystified with Lindsey Singing
Sisters of the Moon
That's Alright
Thrown Down
Don't Let Me Down Again
