you can go to fanfire.com now to preorder merchandise for the upcoming tour? there is no tourbook listed yet. i just thought that i would let everyone know.

I think most of that stuff is horrible. Totally uninspired designs :rolleyes: ... and looks like we're not getting new photos either if they're using they ones from 2003 for an official t-shirt. ... the "Rock On Gold Dust Woman" one ... seriously? :distress:

you never know they might be adding more things.

i like the official one if it comes i white i might get it.

Well, I really like the yellow one, but I'm not willing to pay $35 for something you can't really call a design. Half of the designs for that t-shirt design contest look ten times better than this. I just don't get it. That's just my opinion, no offence. ... Oh, and thanks for sharing the link! :)

i really liked a lot of the designs from that t-shirt contest. Does anybody know when or if they will be selling those at the shows or online?

I hope to god since it seems they are recycling everything from the SYW tour that the stage set-up is completely different ie the stage design, screens etc.

At least it is abundantly clear that Chris Nicks was not involved; there are no unicorns, rainbows and gold dust to be found anywhere!

And Stevie will come out in the granny cardigan and Frankenbocks. Oh joy.

I love the hoodies. I would like to have one of each... To be honest, that Gold Dust Woman was totally void of anything close to creative. Other than that, I am down with what they are offering. I am sure that more will come soon.

Maybe I'm just used to concert t-shirts that are a little less simple. Hope there will be some more ... and please tell me there's going to be another tour poster? :lol:

The song lyric shirts? Eh. They're OK I guess. Not very inspired.

Anything with the SYW photos on it is ****. I'm sorry, if they couldn't do a quick photo shoot for updated photos, they should have just not released anything with photos at all. I think it's an embarassment to put out "new" merch with 6 year old photos on it.

i like the photos. i have to disagree.

but i also hope that they release new photos.

I agree that I'd rather buy 20 different contest shirts than what they have...

I already have two Penguins in different colors, so I like the yellow, but uh no.

I like both hoodies too. The T shirts are awful. Recycled photo of the band, or song title with lyrics on the back? Sheesh!

the black tee is the most I like.

And I actually REALLY like that red sweatshirt. I have a similar one i got at abercrombie, but this one would be waaaay better cause its FLEETWOOD MAC!

I agree that the idea is good, but the "FM" on the chest is kinda cheesy and over-the-top, IMO. It looks crowded. It would be way classier if it had only the penguin on the chest.

I'm loving all of the retro penguin stuff, but prices have gotten so ridiculous. I know this is a big chunk of how bands make their money now, but I'll take my chances and see what's left after the tour for half price, thanks.

Basically rearranging the floating SYW heads into (slightly) different designs IS really lame! If they weren't going to take new pics, they could have at least used different SYW pics, like ones where Stevie had wavy hair, etc.

As for the lyric shirts, I get what they were going for. Bruce Springsteen had some cool ones like that last year (ie, "Tramps like us, baby, we were born to run"), but I feel they were done more effectively. The one that says "Big Love" across the hooters makes me want to puke. Sorry.:woohoo:

This reminds me of the '06 Stevie tour with recycled '05 Gold Dust tour merchandise. Did anyone else notice?

agreed, the penguin should be on there alone. i actually like the shot glass and the coffee mug, they might be the only things i buy besides the tourbook, if any.
its still disturbing that i paid 250 dollars for a show that doesnt even bother to take fresh pictures.

New photos would have been nice; I'm holding out hope that there will be more of a selection at the shows themselves. Am I seeing only one, maybe two T-Shirts for guys?

I'll be getting the black one with the group photo. I only pray they are in realistic adult sizes. Most concert T's in XL would only fit a little kid after washing. Luckily, the 2XL Stevie shirt I got last year was well-made, and it fits just right after washing.

Oh my goodness. If I ever entertained the notion of buying and wearing the t-shirt, when you put it like that, you cured me for good, in one fell swoop.:laugh:.

Stevie said they fight when choosing pictures, so maybe they couldn't pose for new ones or else their tenuous rapprochement would fall flat on its face. Or else maybe they just think they aged terribly in the last 6 years and are too ashamed and self-conscious to pose for new pics. Michele

AMEN on that note- big time! I flat out refuse to pay good money, when I already have stuff from the SYW tour, after spending boo coo bucks on t-shirts and posters, etc... they SOOO need a new photoshoot... and new pics, on new merchandise!

Absolutely! And I think the tourbook for SYW was terrible so I dont have high hopes for that either.

Wasn't that the one they threw together at the very last minute?? And we STILL had to pay top dollar for it?? LOL:shocked:

Not sure on its history, but it sure looked like it was thrown together at the last minute. I forget what I paid for mine but whatever it was, it was not worth it. I tried selling it on ebay but no takers. Figures!!:lol:
