philly show tickets

just pulled up great seats for side of stage today - cannot believe the
number of good seats still available for this show - have been trying
to pull drop tickets for springsteen every day for a month with no luck -
i wonder if this place will be more than half full

Why am I unable to find anything on ticketmaster website about the Philly show!!??

What am I missing? Am I blind?

crystal baller 02-25-2009 08:49 PM

Ticketmaster cannot sell the Philly shows as Comcast have the lock in the area so you need to go through comcasttix.com.

I just checked at there are some floor singles available. Dagnabit, they are better than was available on Jan 26th, so I bought a section 124 on that day, I knew I should have waited.:mad:

Thank you Animal!!

What do you think my chances are of getting 3 front row seats? Slim to none?

kak125 02-25-2009 09:37 PM

if its selling anything like the pittsburgh show you should pull up at least 3rd row. I got 2nd row today for pittsburgh and right now I see 3rd row center up there now. **** if front row comes up I might have to buy them and sell my others through the ticket exchange but I dont have much time now to get rid of them if that happens. Just be patient the best seats seem to come out from 2 weeks to the day of the show.

Comparing Bruce Springsteen to Fleetwood Mac when it comes to Philly is like comparing The Beatles to Bekka Bramlett.

Yeah we were able to get section one, row 11 seats off ticketmaster! Very happy to get them for face value...keep trying!

tothegypsy 02-26-2009 10:48 AM

I found seats in row 1 of Section 9 of the floor...but I can't find Section 9 on any posted seating chart for the Wachovia Center. Any clues?

Not sure if this is the same deal..

Section 1 singles coming up. Purchasing anything over 1 ticket on the floor puts you way back in section 9.

True that. ;) But I was referring to FM not be able to sell enough seats in Albany to keep the date, but Bruce could sell out in minutes.
