Nope, all venues on this tour... at least in North America. Its a Live Nation thing, and they're promoting 100% of the dates.

Correct me if I am wrong, but hasnt various artists under the Live Nation umbrella made their shows available ala the "Instant Concert" format for those who wanted an audio souvenir of the show they had attended?

Yes. Some, but not all- and far from a majority. I can pretty much guarantee you that Fleetwood Mac won't be participating, of course.

They are a lot, from what I remember.
I think the cheapest for the Stevie/Don Henley tour was $300, if I'm not mistaken. Per person?

And I could be wrong on that. I think it went up to $500 (depending on what was offered. Meet and greet, etc. Although I'm not sure Stevie and/or Don was part of that meet and greet at all. I think it was a backstage tour type of thing).

I just remembered. I think for the lower price you were guaranteed seats within the first 20 rows. For the higher, you were guaranted seats within the first 10. But, you never KNEW where you were sitting until shortly before the concert. That was the part that bugged me about the whole deal, the most.

But I do know that I attended two concerts where they had the All Access thing and got really great tickets for each, using just ticketmaster (No Way could I afford All Access). Took a lot of work and looking out for tickets but it can be done.

FWIW, I Love All Access is owned by Irving Azoff, not LiveNation

I'm curious to see the prices for the FM packages. For the current Eagles tour prices for the 5 Star have been $750-$795 and even $1000 in some cities like New York and Boston.

It's sooooo not worth it.

For that price, you have got to promise first row. Also, I need to see where the seat before I buy. If it's just a thing where you find out where you're sitting after the purchase, there's no way I'm going to do it. I'd rather go through a broker.

The release says definitely.
The first 16 dates of the historic "UNLEASHED" tour will include stops in New York, Boston, Washington and Montreal, it was confirmed today by Live Nation, the tour's national promoter (tour dates listed below). Fleetwood Mac, the multi-Grammy (R) award winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees will continue the "UNLEASHED" tour throughout the Spring and Summer. Additional dates to be announced shortly.

I just worry that top Ticketmaster prices will be $150. It is selfish to charge that kind of money with the economy the way it is.

I am extremly upset about these prices. I really didn't think they would have been over 500. for these VIP tickets. They are starting at 795 for most cities with NYC being the highest at 995. Normally I would have done at least a dozen shows, now I might just hit 2 or 3. There is no way I will pay these prices.

i just checked out the prices for most of the vip tickets packages 5 star pack is $795 and 4 star pack is $395 for get it. will try to get lower ticket prices mohegan sun is one of the high priced shows and there prices have not been shown yet but I am sure its going to be around for the 5 star package at mohegan sun is my guess 5 star pack is $995 and 4 star pack $495 i do think it will be a hard sell out show for mohegan sun at the high ticket prices.So I am not rushing to buy tickets until i have the cash for it so i am going to wait on this one i believe hope she brings out sisters of the moon and tracks from buckingham nicks and alot of songs that we have not heard yet live would be nice and no cover songs they have enough of there own music. i dont think it will be a sell out show in connecticut I am big fan like everyone else here and being going to the shows since 1986. I do hope to go to at least 2 two shows on this tour if i can't go to connecticut if its sold out i will try for boston and new york shows.:blob1::wavey:

You know why? They probably don't know it themselves.
Once upon a time, I worked for a PBS station, and during our pledge drives, we gave away tickets. We NEVER had the tickets before the drive. All they would do is put aside a "block" for us, and then we'd get the actual tickets after we gave them the total. And, if our number exceeded the number they held for us...well, a lot of fancy footwork had to take place.

What do you think the exclusive gift is?

Exclusive gift could be a laminate, shirt, cap, or a picture of the band with the date of the concert on it in an ILAA frame. That's what they were for Def Leppard's packages.

The sponge they use to mop Lindsey's microphone after Mick is done spitting on it during World Turning?

The tickets haven't even gone on sale yet and I'm already feeling rippted off, not because of the price, but because of the uncertainty.

at the VIP Prices you should get front row seats and a meet and greet along with the dinner and drinks i love them to death but at these prices at these hard times for everyone is raping the fans its not about the music anymore its about how much money we can take from our die hard fans I look at it this way they have more money than i would ever see and to go broke over it is crazy so if i do miss out on this tour i would not be disappointed cause it will probably be a repeat of the say you will tour which was awesome but i would be more excited if there was a new cd involved.

I did a package for a Tom Petty show back in 2006. I can't really remember if it was with ILAA or not. I do know that the ticket I got was not the best and that people who bought tickets before me got worse seats. The package was $250.00 which wasn't too bad and you got $100.00 in a coupon to use at the TP store so I took a chance. I got 10 row and it was off to the side. Not happy with that seat.
Thankfully, I did end up getting a 10 row center ticket on Ticketmaster the morning of the show and was so glad I bought it. I would never, ever spend $795.00 for a seat that could be in the 10 row over to the side. Sadly you won't even know until right before the show starts. Sorry, I don't like surprises.

It is a money grubbing scheme of Eagles proportions,If they had toured AFTER the release of the CD I'd have thought about going to see them but this is just a blatant ripoff..Greatest hits WTF?!. and I'm afraid the biggest hypocrite here is Lindsey as he once ridiculed LA Nicks for her 'lounge act' solo show.Mick as we know is as greedy as **** and Nicks has already began the oldies jukebox touring act for years now.

I don't like the idea of not knowing where my seat will be when I'm paying that much money for tickets, either. Jeez. I would rather forsake all the trinkets you get with the ILAA package and give the money to a broker so I know exactly how close I will be instead of ending up in the last possible row, way off to the side (because with my luck, I'd probably also end up behind a drunken barbershop quartet tribute band of 7 foot tall Mick impersonators on stilts and unicycles - oh well...Oh Well...OH Well....OH WELLLLLLLLLL).

A Greatest Hits show is not a lounge act. It's Fleetwood Mac giving MOST of the people in the arena exactly what they want. They gave us new songs during SYW and that was a good many people's cue to leave and pee.
And, no one has a gun to anyone's head to buy tickets.

And, Lindsey has said in interviews that they were going out, for a little bit, to see how they worked together and test the waters before going into the studio to hopefully record some new stuff. It's a band. In spite of his efforts, he doesn't control everything. I'm sure if he had his druthers, they would be recording new stuff first. But, that might not be what the other three feel at all.

I agree. I also think that touring can help any new material they may work on. Make them more cohesive as a band. Plus, touring always seems to give Stevie and Lindsey plenty of material for songs.

Yeah, I know that. But, it WAS years ago and it wasn't about doing a greatest hits act. It was about relying too much on FM songs rather than her solo career. And that quote was from 1984. Time to let the past go.

Right now, if they want to do a Greatest Hits tour, let's face it--30+ years in the 'biz' qualifies them. (And I'm not happy about it, don't get me wrong. But, I can see why they are doing it). But, IMO, Lindsey is the one who pushes them to create, rather than re-create, more than anyone else in FM.

Yes, the prices for the packages suck big time. But, the only way to get them to stop with the All Access stuff is to not buy those tickets. Plain and simple. Same thing with the brokers. Those tickets, eventually, make their way right back into the ticketmaster pool IF people don't buy them.

We need a mole/spy in place during their rehearsals. I need a Sisters of the Moon guarantee before I spend $150 a ticket.
