Hi all,

Just got back from the show tonight and wanted to post a couple of pictures. I did get audio too, but probably won't post that until tomorrow sometime.

No new songs, pretty much the same set list as this summer. We did have a stage jumper though, that was pretty funny.

Awesome...thanks for posting the pics; they came out great!! What did Stevie do when the stage jumper kissed her?

Shel your little camera soooooooo rocks!!!! Those came out great!! I have almost the same pic as the one you took with the screen with Stevie's dad in the background!! LOL!! And to everyone you have to know that Shel is a lifesaver!! Stupid me forgot to change the batteries in my camera and Shels big camera malfunctioned for some reason so she gave me her batteries--YEAH!!! I got yelled at a couple of times to put my camera away--what's new :mad: Shel is a picture taking maniac with a steady hand--I'm so shaky when I take pics I'm lucky ANY turn out---at least for Stevie. I don't seem to have that problem at other concerts though :shrug: My pictures came out pretty grainy and I'm kind of upset--but at least some of them turned out...... I'm so confused with this darn camera of mine. I seriously think it is a 4 gig card that I'm using--long story but when I used my 2 gig they weren't half as bad and I had the same results at another recent concert.......... anyways I hope it is okay to just post my photos here--don't want to make another thread!!! And thanks Shel for playing musical cameras with me--when I got yelled at I handed my big camera to Shel!! LOL!! She was also taking pics with my little camera and her little camera at the same time--she is a picture taking maniac I tell ya!! Fun times!!! Okay off to photobucket and then I will post some of mine :p

Wow, thank you for posting the pics so fast. I love the pic of her coming out of the dressing room, have not seen a shot like that before so it was neat seeing that.

It looked like Stevie didn't miss a beat even though there was a stage jumper.

Great job.

I had so much fun tonight, I was definitely on fire taking those picks!!! I'm bummed my big zoomer didn't work, but at least I was able to donate the batteries to a good cause :thumbsup:




Thanks, I was waiting for that shot for a long time. I had my camera at the ready waiting to her to come out, but it seemed to take forever!!! I'm just glad it wasn't a total blur.

Shel, that very first top one of yours is really interesting because the way it captured the movement, Stevie almost seems to be wearing a magic transparent jacket.

She handles stage jumpers very wisely. She not only shows no fear, but she also doesn't pay attention to them. They want attention and the way she just keeps on performing, with as little reaction as possible, probably discourages more people from doing it. She's got steelier nerves than most could manage in that situation.

I agree there. I would imagine that would be scary, particularly since you know anyone crazy enough to jump onto the stage is, well, pretty crazy. Were it me up there performing, I'd totally pull a Keef Richards.

At one show I was at, during my first Edge walk, a girl next to me latched onto Stevie's arm and started pulling her - hard - down, apparently because she wanted to give Stevie a kiss, and Stevie was unruffled, just saying, "No, no, noooo," to the girl and pulling back.

I was impressed with that, because Stevie is a tiny lady balancing on very tall heels, and having a larger girl trying to pull her down with all her might makes for a precarious situation.

OMG!! Those pics were AWESOME!!!! Stevie looks faboulus!!! Thank you very much for posting!

I was hopin she would add "Love Is Like An Itchin In My Heart". I have always loved The Supremes and always thought Stevie should do that song. When she did it last week and that benefit show I was really stoked! I wish that would surface.

Thanks SOOOOO much for sharing your awesome pictures with us! What a MAGICAL night!!! Pat (Steviefan59) called me when she got home last night, as she looked for you both, but couldn't find you.. She was one of the first up by the stage, next to the railing to shake Stevie's hands for the Edge Walk, and was SOOOOOO excited!

You both ALWAYS get the BEST pictures!!! Thank you always, for sharing them with us, and I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED seeing the picture of Stevie coming out of the curtain!!! What awesome shots!!!!:thumbsup:

I had to lighten them up a bit so you could see the people in the audience (so they're kinda grainy, sorry), but if you see her (or her hand!), let me know and I'll send her the original pick.

I'm so glad I got that pick of Stevie coming out of the curtain, I was trying to get at least one good shot of that all night and that one was the best. I have another cool one from the 2001 tour of Stevie at the side of the stage drinking out of a Styrofoam cup, I should dig that sucker out and post it. It's not spectacular or anything, but I liked it. This shot just reminds me of that one.

I'm pretty sure it was Fall From Grace, but I'll have to listen to the audio again. She talks about it after the song ends, something like how she doesn't worry when something like that happens because she has such great fans. I promise I'll get the audio uploaded soon!

I don't know if it was a sellout, but it looked full to me. It was only an 1800 seat venue and it was awesome!

yeah Shel I think it was Fall from Grace also........ I took one pic of the jumper but mine is super blurry--I was too busy watching for the security guy that decided to hassle me half way through the show--sheesh!! By the time I realized what was happening I was too late. And I was switching back and forth between flash and no flash--auto and manual settings just trying to get something without a flash!! ha ha I was actually proud that the only Stand Back pic that turned out was without a flash--so I figured something out at least if not for just one picture!! LMAO!! :laugh: And Shel was lucky that she has a railing seat to steady her cameras on and she didn't have to deal with anyone in front of her...... plus she could sit down without being noticed that she was taking pics--I had to stand the whole time. I considered asking the people next to me if we could maybe swap seats so I could use the railing but I didn't want to be rude :o Shel you have a dressing room pic on my camera too--I'll post it but it is super dark........ I didn't even think to try to take a pic of her coming out of there--next time I'll know!!

Thanks for posting the photos from the concert last night. There nice pictures. I can't say I'm surprised at all about the setlist thing....I didn't think I'd miss much. Spending the $$ this summer for tickets was enough.....but I'm happy for all those that had a great time....Thanks again for sharing the pics and the video too....:nod:

I want to know how in the heck she even got up there!! If you look at Shels Edge walk photos you will see how high the stage was from the main floor...... :shrug: Unless she got up there from the side steps or something--or maybe someone hoisted her up there!! LOL!!

On another note--great vid clips Shel!! I love how Lenny is rockin' out during Rock and Roll--I didn't even notice that at the show!! I considered taking some vid but I have never done that before and I was so darn shaky with the camera that I didn't even want to attempt that!! ha ha
