Fleetwood Mac Faceoff: Round 1
 

I asked Enchanted_Stevi if I could start a face off like we had going on in the Stevie fourm, except for Fleetwood Mac albums. She gave me the okay, so let's start!

Vote for your LEAST favorite song from this album. I'll start a new poll within 24 hours with the next round. At the end we will have a winner, and move on to the next album. This is just for the rumours like up (hence being in the rumours section) so we will only be doing albums with all 5 members present (mick, john, christine, stevie lindsey) I'm not sure if we should do live albums yet (Fleetwood Mac Live, The Dance) or keep it with just studio albums. But we'll cross that bridge when we get there. If you have any suggestions, feel free to PM me.

I'm going to vote for Warm Ways. It's a nice, relaxing song but it would be my least favorite from the album.

From the title of this thread for a minute I thought we might be voting off Fleetwood Mac members. It's time to go....John McVie...or something like that...?

It has to be Sugar Daddy though doesn't it? If anybody votes for Rhiannon I'm handing in my membership to the Ledge ;-)

Why the "Sugar Daddy" hate? That's a great song! My only problem with it is that Christine's vocals sound more Bob Welch-era than Rumours-era. But the song, itself, is terrifically insightful.

Meh, my friends don't actually think that obviously, jeesh like. Anyway, I'd just like to comment on the song itself, (Sugar Daddy) lyrically my least favourite Christine McVie song without a doubt. Ugh. Just ugh. And the horn beeping etc. Just really pisses me off.

I can't decide between Sugar Daddy and Blue Letter, they both don't appeal to me. I think I'll go with Blue Letter.

Well, I like Blue Letter a lot. I think the harmony on it is wonderful and the live boots of it are so energetic. But at some point I am going to vote it out, because it wasn't written by them. I really favor the ones they wrote.
