That top was actually in the "If Anyone Falls" video also. I believe the skirt might have been worn in the "I Can't Wait" video too.

When I went to Orlando they had the Hard Rock Vaults - stuff that wasn't in any Hard Rock's around the world. I remember seeing a Stevie dress, a pink one. There was a Lindsey acoustic guitar in Hard Rock Orlando, but also had Stevie's sig on it, as well as a few Mac posters.
There was also a tambourine in Hard Rock in Madrid. And the tablature to Go Your Own Way. |
There's also a gorgeous purple cape in the Honolulu HRC. If I can find it, I'll post a pic of it.

Around Tango, Stevie appeared at the Boston Hard Rock to present some items. There is a funny video from the night. She was being interviewed and an ear-ring falls off and she catches it. I used to have it on an old VHS tape.

I went to the Boston HR which moved from the Copley Square area (that was when the Blue Dress was up) too bad they didn't include it in the new place.

The Tampa Seminole Hotel and Casino has a nice red dress of Ms. Nicks' and a pic of her near the lobby to the hotel. Someone mentioned there was Buckingham hand written lyrics in the bar area (but I missed that...drats!)

This is an excerpt from an article about the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland (as opposed to the Hard Rock Cafe)
http://www.earthtimes.org/articles/n...l-rock-on.html For those who didn't already know it, here one learns that Bob Dylan was influenced by Woodie Guthrie, and the Beatles by Chuck Berry. Velvet costumes and scarves recall the unique style of Freddy Mercury and prove that Stevie Nicks of the Fleetwood Mac group did indeed have a wasp waistline. Just how did Jim Henke get access to all these items, such as the scribbled song texts and Sgt Pepper uniforms of the Beatles? "Yoko Ono was the first person to make all these things from John available to me," he said in explaining the items related to John Lennon. "And that turned out to be almost like bait." Because then, when he approached ZZ Top, Bono of U2 or Roger Daltry of The Who, he could point to his collection of Lennon stuff. "This persuaded them to part with a few of their personal belongings." Through the end of 2010 Bruce Springsteen is in the spotlight in the two top floors of the building. The special exhibit "From Asbury Park to the Promised Land" tells the life story of the working-class kid from New Jersey. The "Boss" apparently did a lot of clearing out of items: his kitchen table at which he wrote most of his songs is on exhibit in Cleveland, as are his checkered shirts and the Fender-Esquire guitar used in his breakthrough album "Born to Run." As well as the blue jeans and shirt seen on the album cover. The museum's highlight exhibit however is the first-ever live- action digital 3D film of a U2 concert. Wearing the special 3D glasses, the viewer feels like he's right up on stage with Bono and The Edge at a concert in Buenos Aires. It is night time, it's loud and the music is vibrating through your stomach: "It's a beautiful day." Information: Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, 1100 Rock and Roll Blvd, Cleveland, OH 44114. Museum is open daily from 10 am to 5:30 pm. On Wednesdays and in the summer months on Saturdays, open till 9 pm. |
I was just at the Hard Rock Cafe in Louisville KY and the following items were on display - a red dress of Stevie's, guitar signed by the entire band, picture of Stevie and a poster from the Rumour tour.

Gulf News, June 7, 2012
http://gulfnews.com/life-style/cultu...7-13-1.1031641 I’m obsessed with Hard Rock Cafe in Dubai Festival City – burgers as big as my head, soft rock tunes on the big screen and hops on tap. All this combined with the Stevie Nicks paraphernalia means it’s one of my fave spots in Dubai. So, yes, Thursday will be spent there, reminiscing over the early Nineties fashion crimes in the music videos. On Saturday I’m going to finally try the Circuit Factory fitness class with my friend Lindsay – she’s totally obsessed with it and says it’s the hardest workout she’s ever tried. I’m imagining I might be a bit shaky afterwards, so I’ve planned an afternoon at Riva Beach Club on the Palm – no matter how bad the class is, I will probably be able to lounge by the pool in comfort. Later in the week you’ll find me watching Prometheus – I love me some Ridley Scott – reading my new book, Bed, which is about a weirdo family in Britain, but is brilliant, and watching Scandal with Kerry Washington, it’s addictive! Hard Rock Denver
The Hard Rock in Denver has a whole Stevie/Fleetwood Mac booth - there are outfits, boots, set lists, etc. For XMAS a couple years ago, my partner reserved the booth (and the Hard Rock doesn't normally take reservations) and we had XMAS eve dinner in the Stevie booth. :):):):)

Wasn't expecting to find anything Stevie (or the Mac) at the Hard Rock in Atlanta but I saw this out of the corner of my eye...walked over...and bam! It was "worn by Stevie Nicks." all I kept thinking was maybe she tried it on and somebody swipped it out of her Goodwill pile...
Regardless I got a picture with it...Observe: http://i806.photobucket.com/albums/y...5aaeac3d68.jpg Anybody have a pic of her wearing this? I couldn't find one |
