These are the moments...

...I live for.

me too...:)

Who the hell is "the cat in the hat" to the left of Stevie in that first shot? Who can wear a hat like that and still be allowed side stage privy?!?!?! wtf?

Well that was in Boston in 1996 hahahaha

Looks like Willy Wonka to me!

And what was Cat In The Hat woman doing with that can of 'Redi-Whip' sitting there on the amp?

She's 'huffing'.

hey, at least it's not a dixie cup with a straw...

I'm not saying it is, but she looks like Ann Wilson to me.

Awesome photo!!!

It is, and is one of my favorites. Someone posted it here on the ledge probabally that Alicia Baley, she takes the best pics of stevie. seriously, she should do it professionally, Move over herbie.

Awww....thanks SO much!!! :xoxo: I can't take credit for that photo (it's breathtaking!), but I did take some at the Columbus show in 1996 just prior to the Boston show:

Not U? Hugh. Now where DIDi get that? I dont THINK its one of mine? Well, annyway, your welcome cause u TOTALLY DO! Oh, ALSO, that last pic in 1996 looks
ASTOUNDINGLY simmilar to the recent one in ur sig!! It amazes and delights me how TIMELESS Stevie is. (and i LOVE when she has her hair wavy, it just looks cool)

It amazes me how much better she looked in '97 than '96 - just one year later. I mean, she was definitely on the road back to better health in '96, but she was a knockout by '97.

This is a really beautiful pic, she looks like a faerie queen.

INDEED SHE DOES!

agreed. Alicia takes stunning photographs and she's so sweet in person!

Those photo's were wonderful! I remember driving from NY to that show. It was some kind of benefit with several different artists. Cher was supposed to be there as well and her and Stevie were the big draws, but she canceled. We had to sit through hours of other performers, including Color Me Bad, Voice of the Beehive, and KC and the Sunshine Band, before Stevie came on. I remember being stunned at how healthy she looked and sounded since the last time I had seen her. I think at this point they were really working on making the Dance happen and she was getting ready by doing these various shows. Again, beautiful photos! Thanks!:)

Hey you! :wavey: Dawn and Liisa sent me a copy of that show on vhs! It was actually a surprise on the tape they made of Arizona and their trip to SSE! I think there was footage of Liisa's sisters wedding on there as well with everyone singing along to gypsy and banging tambourines! I'm going to have to dig that out and watch it!
