Edge Of Bootylicious (Destiny's Child vs. Stevie Nicks)
http://www.speedyshare.com/449406329.html

Edge Of Seventeen--this song came to me labeled as EXTENDED DOVE C--Shortly after the 4 minute mark there is a major tempo change--there are added background vocals that were not used in the BD Album version--I thought it was fan made, but I guess not--eight and a half minutes long--
http://www.speedyshare.com/655409711.html

Edge Of Seventeen--this song came to me labeled as MYNC MIX--this is a smooth mix of House Music--
http://www.speedyshare.com/774169981.html

Everybody Finds Out--one of the channel mixes--some acoustic guitar is heard, but mostly Stevie singing with the bass and drum tracks--
http://www.speedyshare.com/657708694.html

Everywhere--very good vocals between Christine and Lindsey--good enough imo to have been on the album--
http://www.speedyshare.com/217279377.html

http://www.speedyshare.com/947884489.html

August 16,1982 Fleetwood Mac is in a rehearsal for their upcoming Mirage Tour. There's a long space of unused music when I can picture Stevie picking up a guitar and playing and singing Edge of 17. Well she may not be playing it but she definately sings it--

lol! this is soo funny! when you put up the "d" demos one of the ones i downloaded and put onto a cd for my car was the "destiny rules" channel mix.

anyways, so i was listening to that in the car today and i thought to myself "i wonder if there is also an "everybody finds out" channel mix" and then i came on here tonight and there it was!

i tell ya, we stevie fans must think on the same spiritual planes or something! haha

Thank you so much for posting all of these. I look forward to it every week. The stevie edge wails were lots of fun. Sydney 1986 is the best!! Without you and all the other ledgies I never would have heard stuff like that. I really appreciate it.
David

Was the Atlanta 98 show seriously from the enchanted tour? it totally sounds rock a little crazy-intense-screaming in tongues. My mom got me into Fleetwood Mac when I was 10 in 1997. WHY o WHY didn't she take me to this show?

Destiny Rules is not one of the songs from my letter D demos. But wherever it came from it's really good ,huh?

http://i220.photobucket.com/albums/d...coolestkid.jpg

Yo ---- Viv!!

Where's Enchanted? No demos of it?

P.S.

'Lest I seem ungrateful....

Let me say thanks for doing this!

David you've been a Ledgie for 7 years and you have 12 posts. Let me just say that I am thrilled that the music I share is a joy to you and many others. There was a time that I hardly had any demos and now I have many. Stick around because there are a lot of generous people around here. I intend to share everything I have.

I can't account for any of these. I simply copied what was originally given to me as.

The title got cut off for you. It is called "Extended Dove Coo's". I am not sure if it was altered by a fan either. You will notice that a synthesizer is introduced at the 4:48 mark, which is strange because there were no synthesizers on Bella Donna.

This 8:29 version is listed here on the "Stevie Nicks Demos, Outtakes & Alternates" page of 3birdsofrhiannon, but then there is also some 7:50 version shown here that seems similar. Looking at the lyrics, it has the twenty "dove coo's" that the 8:29 version has. (Yes, I counted them).

So. . . maybe there is an unextended version of this extended dove coo's song? I don't know.

edge of seventeen remixes

holy crap batman i never knew there were so many edge mixes and live show edits of the edge...thanks so much Mark for sharing all of these with us...take care...pat

Yeah and there's a bunch more I didn't use.

lol! really?! i coulda sworn i got it from you! lol! wow, i wonder where i got it from then? ...puzzler. anyways, yea it's really good. her voice sounds amazing.

Picking up some of these - Thanks.

So far these three tracks have the most downloads from the letter E. It's nice to see a Christine demo leading the pack. Usually not many people download songs by Chris and Lindsey, which is a shame cause they have great demos too.

Edge Of Seventeen--EXTENDED DOVE COO'S--Shortly after the 4 minute mark there is a major tempo change--there are added background vocals that were not used in the BD Album version--eight and a half minutes long--

http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h8...icksfix133.jpg

where do you get all these demos from?

The point of these quick tracks is to hear Stevie's different Edge wails. If you downloaded one of these you haven't reached my desired affect. You must listen to them ALL in order to fully enjoy yourself. All of them are only approx. 10 seconds long so get 'em all and let her rip.

Hey! I recognize that shot in the middle there. It's Rhiannon on 8.31.80. It was taken by a person named Dorian Boese, who operated her concert photo business in Phoenix. I have a bunch of her shots from the first night at the Bowl.

Then maybe it was taken on 8.29.80 when FM played in Phoenix??

:xoxo: Thank you for the Edge demos and mixes!!!:xoxo::xoxo:

I just got around to listening to this one tonight, and it's one version I have never heard before.

It amazes me how these versions show up here and there. I am glad that there have been collectors from way back when, who share with the newbies, like myself....and that there is a place called the Ledge, where I can find gems like these.

(It makes me appreciate the Ledge and its generous members.)

and....the music makes my life much happier.

As a longtime collector I feel the exact same way you just expressed here. I certainly don't have everything that's out there! This particular track had been on my computer for God knows how long and I first heard it only a couple of weeks ago and I'm thinking, 'wow where did this come from?'I also agree with you about The Ledge being a gem and so are you Betsy for always leaving a positive comment in each of my posts.

That demo of "Everywhere" has become one of my favorite tracks to listen to. I like it more than the album version, especially the backing track that ended up so smooth on Tango. John's bass is very prominent in this version as well. Especially love what's going in the last minute or so, it's so catchy and addicting!
