The morning radio show I listen to can't stop making fun of it. I was lmao the other day when the dj was singing, "This song really needs a chooorus...chocolate raaaiiiiiiin...I can only sing verses over again...chocolate raaaaiiiiiiin...."

Yea As everybody here knows I love country music,but Achy Breaky Heart is one of them.

They had that video on "Best Week Ever" (VH1) a few weeks back. They showed John Mayer singing it, it was hysterical. Talking about stepping back from the mic to breathe.

I'd put Ace of Base/The Sign on the list.

As for Steve Miller/Abracadabra, some 25 years ago the band at my bar mitzvah did its own version. Let's just say an Adam Sandler version would have been something of an award winner by comparison.:(

One of the most annoying songs ever for me. Though, Mandy Moore recently covered it and did a fab job. She made it sound like a love song, she slowed it down and didn't repeat "ella" a million times..

I loathe that damn Umbrella tune. It's just awful, I honeslty can't understand why it's such a huge hit with all the "ellas" repeating.


I can't get that Delilah song out of my head by Plain White T's (Tees?) I can't decide if it's good or not.

I hate that song. HATE. Yet I can't help but sing along with it everytime it's on (well, just the chorus, I don't know the rest of the words). :shrug:

Umbrella is another one that I compulsively sing along with.
