Stevie Interview in Foam Magazine

My girlfriend is a fan of the band "Eisley" and found this on their MySpace page: www.myspace.com/eisley. One of the band members, Stacy Dupree, interviewed Stevie for Foam magazine's annual music issue:

That's so cool! I'm a big fan of Eisley, too. They have such beautiful harmonies on their songs for being so young. They're a very talented group.

DeeGeMe 08-03-2007 09:18 PM

I still can't believe that Stevie gets that nervous before a show!

SandyMac 08-03-2007 09:19 PM

Thanks for the post Haunted Song. Leave it up to Stevie to come up with yet another thing we can quote that sounds... well, just so Stevie.

"It's like a warm bowl of soup"
but so true. I guess Stevie's music is like comfort food for the soul.

Great scan and interview, thanks so much :)

Jazmen Flowers looks hauntingly..hauntingly like Stacy Dupree.

Kelly 08-04-2007 12:05 AM

Another fan****ingtastic Stevieism.

Lori, Sharon and Stevie's voices together is like "a warm bowl of soup".

Oh and I wish she would STFU about the Buckingham Nicks cover. It is a stunning photo and she knows it.

I see a strong resemblance too, Jason- she could be your sister. She's very pretty so take that as a compliment. :xoxo:

shackin'up 08-07-2007 12:51 PM

I still can't believe that she's telling the "I'm pushed by Lindsey in the more sexual loaded imagery- look daddy I would have never done that you know it bull****"-stories. Who pushed her to wear THIS on stage during the Bella donna-era? Certainly no LB available to blame:

It took you how long to realize that she almost never wore a bra onstage? Besides, I've seen other pictures from that concert, and that dress could barely faze a Catholic priest.

strandinthewind 08-07-2007 01:00 PM

That dress essentially is a dancer's leotard with a skirt. And, she is wearing a huge shawl over it. La Nicks never said she did not want to be sexy. She just said she did not want to be nude. There is a difference - though perhaps not in Germany :p ;) :D

GOTCHA :p :p :p :p :p

for the weak at heart, Gerald and I are sparring in a friendly manner, though, thankfully, not while nude and blaming someone else for the nude state.

Yeah right:laugh: . I was twelve in 77 dude. I had photo's of her above my pillow. I won't go into the details.

It's the same cream-colored leotard she wore during every Bella Donna concert.

I can handle the Belgium jokes, but Germany is just taking it too far.

I agree with Gerald on that those comments are tiresome, but not the for the same reasons. I find it hard to believe that she would put a cover that she hates to much, that has such negative memories for her, on display on her freakin' living room piano.

Was your mom constantly wondering where all her towels were?

Well, a dance leotard and shawl are permitted - possibly some boots, but only if you are good :]

I think she hated doing it, but is over it now and likes the picture.

I think she just uses that story because she can turn it into one of her ~inspirational speeches~~. Nothing more, nothing less.
