whats your most prized stevie posession..
ive been collecting stevie/fleetwood mac memrobilia for years now and i was just thinking whats everyones most prized stevie posession?
mine is one of her stage tamborines, signed, ribbons and all...please share... i will try and upload a photo of it |
i have been collecting for over 30 yrs~ this is a hard question~ i have an autographed stage worn beret from the 70's & a shawl she wore during the "enchanted" tour~ i also have a real copy of her senior yr book from some dude who went to school w/ her~
|
I have two: The timespace tourbook that she autographed to me when I met her backstage in '91(and I was awestruck!) and the Rock a Little crystal ball ring. It's a replica of the one she had made for her band for the Rock a Little tour.
|
I have so many things...I think it would be my 3ft x 3ft TISL lightbox poster...I can't hang of course because it's the size of wall hahah.
|
i have a mug that i bought from stevie's mom's store when it was open and my autographed picture.
|
re
i'd have to say...one of my most fav item I have of stevie is my HUGE canvas of a photo i took of her...heres a picture

Mine would probably be my front row ticket she signed for me when we saw them at the airport in Reading, PA after the show!
Mandy, is there a company that does those, or was it painted for you?? I have a few pics I would love to have done up like that (Roe gave me a copy of that pic, ha!) -Mike |
mandy i love the photo where was it taken?
|
All of them really. I have two that are most dear to me. One is a Rhiannon print personally inscribed to me from Stevie that says: "Dreams unwind, love's a state of mind. Thank you for keeping the dream alive." The second is The Wild Heart platinum record award that I acquired from Glen Parrish.
If I still have photos on my hard drive, I will upload them later. |

I have two, one is my framed City of Hope concert promo poster. Very cool poster, although very odd. If you've seen it you know what I mean. The other is my platinum record award for "Rock A Little". There are photos of these at the Nicksfix. If you can find the "My Stevie Room" section. A small portion of my stuff is there including the two items above.

I have been collecting over 30 years like Jill, and it would be hard to say. I enjoy the hunt and have been very lucky. I have a few different yearbooks, some autographed personal items, Fritz memorabilia, promo stuff, but most cherished are the memories of the times I have met Stevie (and Fleetwood Mac). All of them have aways been great when I had met them. I have a empty champagne bottle she shared with me. (My friend has a piece of cake we had with her still in his freezer from the same time, over 25 years ago). I just wish it was back to the days when her entourage consisted of her dad, mom, and her aunt. Back when security was free and easy to get backstage. But those times are gone.

my new Wild Heart promo poster, my autographed tambourine and the red SOLO cup that I was given after a concert that still had Stevie's drink in it and her straw with lipstick on it.

I have a few...
The tour program she signed to me and my wife when were backstage during the Enchanted Tour. She also signed the Bella Donna CD jacket too. I have a signed Street Angel "flat" that was given to me via the Warner Bros. Records rep on that tour... Plus, my memory of the conversation I had with her when I met her. |
my prized stevie possessions are:
autographed picture-with c.o.a personally owned bracelt, necklace and locket-with c.o.a custom made dolls, including a mega doll personally owned dress and hat-with c.o.a. vinly albums replica shawls custom made watch custom made clock memories of meeting her at the melbourne concert-thanking me for wearing my top hat and shawl all of my concet memorabillia dating back to the rock a little tour up to the gold dust tour i have a huge glass display cabinet which holds all of this and each item is insured so i reckon my collection is not bad for an aussie fan! |
I guess mine would have to be the signed tambourine that I won from the All Access package/party I bought to see Stevie w/Don..... I also won a signed SYW cardboard display I guess you would call it--it is the size of an album cover of SYW with all of their autographs--except for Christine of course. I actually won that from the fan club believe it or not!! And various photos I have purchased over the years.......

The pic of me and Stevie, holding hands, with both of us wearing red nail polish, looking and smiling directly at each other, during the Edge walk on the TISL tour - at the Aladdin in Vegas.

I can't pick just one.
My faves are: A personally addressed and autographed photo. A custom spray-painted shirt made by a dear old friend. A custom oil painting made by the same dear old friend. A drumstick I caught when Scotty "Too Hottie" Crago tossed it into the audience at the end of the concert. And, of course, all the demos. |

I would say, just all of her albums, and definately the demos.

i got the ribbons off her mic after the final show of the SYW tour. i was just standing at the stage after the show (same show that she came to me, and just me, after "eyes of the world," leaned down and grasped my hands and held on to them forever, and said thank you (to me!) to me twice. i believe i babbled something back, but i was in a bit of a state of shock). anyway - i was just standing and watching the roadies break down, and there were all these girls screaming at them to give them the roses and the ribbons and the beads, and suddenly the guy undoing them just stood up and walked over to me - and handed them to me.

My most prized possession? Errr...probably my Stevie-wall. Hannah made me two huge A3 wall coverings for my b'day (or was it christmas? no - birthday) of loads of Stevie piccies that she had printed one by one and stuck down. It looks amazing in my room. I'm in the loft and the chimney comes up through the middle of the room so they're pinned up on there. I LOVE THEM  Thank You Hannah hun, love ya x :)

When she was singing the first part of he Chain - she looked DIRECTLY at me and gldstwmn, who was sitting next to me, was like "she's got your number" Then, the band was at our hotel afterward. We were in the same bar with them, which was surreal. That was just so cool. I am glad you got the ribbons!!!!!! That would be out of this world. |

I have to say...the two pictures of her wearing the necklace I put around her neck during the Edge walk in Mansfield/Enchanted tour 98. It was my 1st time getting to shake her hand and I held up the necklace and she graciously bent down and allowed me to put it on her..OMG... .she left the stage wearing it & went backstage to change and came back in a new outfit for the last two songs still wearing my necklace!! To see Stevie rockin' out to "I Need To Know" with my necklace around her neck is priceless to me. I ended up finding pics online after the show of her wearing it and the guy made copies for me....I love reliving that night...so magickal!!
