I do. I used to have them all up on my walls, but then I moved into a house with FAR too many windoes and built in shelves and closets (as if there is such a thing as too many), and now I don't have the wall space for them all.

The one 'holy grail' that I'd still like to get, but only if it's near-minty-fresh, is the 12" promo for Stop Dragging My Heart Around

I am missing a few 45's and a couple of 12". Never ending on the lp's if you include all the foreign pressing plants. Found a Promo stamped German Wildheart recently. It was stamped on the back and don't think anyone noticed till me. :wavey:

That sounds like a direct quote from my dad
sorry, but he says the same thing all of the time
I admit the artwork on album covers are beautiful.
There is one CD that came out recently, where the artist used stickers to decorate the cover...

I knew we had talked about this before & I swore that I posted some pics. I don't know if I'm going to insert thread accurately, but here's my attempt:

http://ledge.fleetwoodmac.net/showth...hlight=records

I figure that was about Feb of this year, since then, I am sure MANY additions have been made. We should just always pull this up every 6 months, see if anyone's gotten anything new & cool. No sooner had this thread started, I just won a 12" Sara/Farmers Daughter on Ebay. NEVER even heard of that before! Not the standard Sara that has the same pic as the 45. This one has the same FM/Live cover, but is from the UK or something. Can hardly wait to get it! :]

Oh, don't forget to take pictures. I wanna see. :D

I bet you have lots of stuff, but I doubt that only in the sense that there is SO much out there. I'll come across something, like FM related that's printed in "Bobland, BF Egypt" and be like....how the hell did this see the light of print in this country? I mean there is just so much out there, and the band as a whole, or seperate saw lots of foreign pressings. If you do have it all.....I bow cause that's kick ass!

Having that Aussie BN is the cats meow, cause I just can NOT seem to get my hands on one =0(

I am not even close! I have heard of collections reaching over 700- 45's of just mac/nicks! I go for changes in graphics, not so much a tiny line saying
"Made in Bulgaria" when everything else is the same. That's why we need to compare notes to see what is out there.

I first saw a pic of that Aussie b/n before the net. It drove me nuts! Then when the net came to be, it still took me YEARS to get one at a decent price. I lost the first one I saw on Ebay when it went for $255. I thought that was just a wee-bit more than I wanted to spend. My bid of $35.00 (Which I thought was a bit high at the time) didn't even come close.

:blob2: :blob1: Yeah! Anything not on the list you have? We need to compare notes to see what else is out there.

JazmenFlowers 06-27-2007 01:47 PM

for an album and duo that wasn't promoted right and dropped too early, there sure is a lot of vinyl to be had.

& me the same for you:wavey: ~ not sure what i don't have on the list i will have to take a look see~ i would like a better copy of the 8 track i have , the paper pic cover has a few wrinkles in it~

GarboSpeaks! 06-27-2007 03:16 PM

BTW, I have some dupe stuff in my collection. I also have a load of cd single dupes. I dunno why there is never an interest, but they are so sought. Go figure. Anyway...off the top of my head, I have some TITN era 45 singles, Japan. I think 7W, Everywhere & Big Love. I have some great Tusk singles, promos pic sleeves. Same as album cover, but unique. I have some random SN American sleeve 45's. I need to dbl check all, but if anyone is up for trading.........

Raeven Skye 06-27-2007 03:45 PM

I have a lot of Stevie,FM, and BN on vinyl....I'm not as fanatical as I used to be tho...however, I refuse to get rid of any of my old vinyl. I have some great 80's 12" remixes that I couldn't possibly replace!

Yes, same here. I do actually have a lot of Rumours albums that are all from different countries, but that's mostly because my sister keeps dragging those in.

What is humorous about foreign copies, is the translations of the lyrics. I have a Rumours from Taiwan that has interesting interpretations. Why they retranslated rather than keep the same English is beyond me. One side Chinese - one side of liner notes in retranslated lyrics.
