At Ledgies' Urging, Paris Hilton Sent Back to Prison
AP-Paris Hilton URGENT
LOS ANGELES (AP) - A judge in Los Angeles has ordered Paris Hilton returned to jail, and she was taken from court screaming. The judge says she has to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case. A weeping Hilton shouted, "It's not right!" She also called out to her mother in the audience. Earlier today, a weeping Hilton was brought back to court in a police car, apparently handcuffed. She was taken from her home, where she returned yesterday after the sheriff's department decided she could serve out her sentence in home confinement, with an ankle monitor. GOOD!!!!
That judge should be running for President of the USA. Glad he didn't let the Hilton's get to him:) |
I actually cackled when I read this. :o Cackled.
I know that she's claiming she's being treated WORSE because she's famous, but her sentence would not be uncommon here for "everyday" people so I don't buy that. And if I developed a rash due to the stress of being in prison, I damn sure wouldn't be allowed to go home & serve MY time under house arrest. So boo****inghoo, Paris. |

the police car carrying paris handcuffed to jail mowed right thru the throngs of media even tumbling a LA nbc reporter as they left her house~ & she cried out "it's not right" & "mom, mom, mom" when sent back to jail~ they said a woman deputy had to push her out of the courtroom~
|
In and out. In and out.
This whole situation isn't too unlike that sex video of hers. |
YES the betch got what was coming to her!

i was coming back to post this. USA Today's headline: "Escorted Back to Jail, Hilton Cries for her Mother" ...hahahahaha |
^^^
yep...that's the face of a spoiled brat with no home training. I can only think of one thing: send Paris to jail...she needs and deserves it. (a mockery of the saying "take your children to church...they need and deserve it") |

Well, really now, she looks like even more of an asshole with the way she's acting. Hey Paris! You committed a crime, now serve your time. You are NOT being treated any worse than the "common" man. Suck it up & deal with it. There are far worse atrocities going on in the world than your trip to prison.
Still pisses me off a little that this is major national headline news, btw. |
they report that she possibly will be in the psyche ward of the jail, because of her "condition"~
|
yeah, I mean wtf? Serve the 45 days and shut the hell up. It's 45 days. It's not like she's going to lose her job for not being there, or lose her children. It's not like she has a life threatening illness. And, she's in the special needs unit, away from the general population. Hey, maybe she could learn to read while in jail. Could we send her Hooked on Phonics or something?
Oh, and I read that her problem was not a rash, but that she was on the verge of a nervous breakdown from having to go to jail. Well, then don't break the law, bitch. Done. |
When I got in trouble (Law-wise) during Jan.-March 1988, my Mom gave me these infinite words of wisdom:
"Don't you bitch Don't you whine You did the crime Now do your time" Man, my streak of good things happening continues!!! |

I find the attitude here laughable. If anyone here thinks they would not use any legal means available to keep themselves or their kids out of jail - they are delusional. Moreover, if the Sherriff told you to go home, you'd stay? I don't think so. Finally, who here would show to jail with a smile on their face? So, let's not be hypocrites
As for Paris - I could care a less for her, but the judge treated her far worse than any other person in the same situation. If you think otherwise, let's see the other 45 day sentences. But, people hate her and want the law applied differently to her based on that. To me, that is pathetic. |
^ What took you so long?
|
Exactly. I love the pic btw.
She should just shut her mouth and deal with it. 45 days is nothing compared to what some people get. plus she probably has extra security or something. so why should she be freaking out?? |
On another note - the stupidity of press agents and publicists never ceases to amaze me. If La Hilton had just showed up to jail, been a model inmate when she did and served the 23 days - she'd walk on water when released. yet, they do this BS.

And - of course she cannot be in the main tank - the county would be exposed to way too much liability - right or wrong - such is life. |

Seriously, I could care a less if I ever hear about La Hilton again, but - the fact is her sentence was ridiculous. I hate when the law is used to make a point - Justice should be blind no matter how vile or nice the defendant is. As for the sherriiff - who knows why he did what he did. Word on the street is he is a maverick with an over crowded jail (19,000 beds when 30,000 are needed) - under a Federal Court order to free up beds - and he outsed her. Personally, I think the wiser and likely legally corect thing would have been to send her to the psych ward. |
She should have just taken the reduced 23 days and STFU - now she is back to the 45 day sentence. Moral to this story - Take what you are offered and STFU!!!
Hell, I was in state's custody from Jan.15,1988 til March 24,1988 (Before I pleaded guilty to 2 felony charges - received a deferred sentence and 5 years probation, after successfully serving the 5 years of probation my record would be expunged - so currently I have NO criminal record.) and I took it like a man (Though I was still only 17 years old) so I have zero sympathy for lil' Miss 'Rich Yeast Infection' Poor Paris..."Boo frikkedy hoo" |

Strand - Of course "common" people would try to get out of it too. The point is (in my experience with friends & fam who have gotten DWI's) it doesn't work. And, did I hear that she could have gotten up to a year or 2 in prison? Sounds like they didn't give her the worst possible sentence just because she's famous.
BTW - where can I find the specific laws/sentencing for my county? Are they posted somewhere online? Oh, and thank you. *takes a bow* |

Oh for f*ck's sake!
I'm sure she'll go to Club Fed, pay her nightly rate and serve the rest of her 23 days in peace. Long before my mom and stepdad were married, he was sentenced to 60 days for violating his probation which he was sentenced to after getting his first and only DUI. That was county jail, where all the meth cookers and crazy people were, so stop making it sound like she got a raw deal. She was driving in a car while an affidavit signed BY HER saying she was not allowed to drive sat in her glove compartment. Not only is she deserving, she deserves a kick in the head for being retarded. |

As for the two years, that likely never happens. In the end, the public rarely realizes that if we actually put people in jail according to their sentences, we would have to triple our jail space to the tune of billions of dollars. So, as awful as it is, we as a society and through the sheriffs are faced with the choice of putting La Hilton in the slammer or using that space for a rapist. I used to see this shiitte every day - so I am, I think, numb to it. Quote:

and I think that she should just suck it up. celebrities do not deserve special treatment, I don't care. this sentencing is what makes our justice system seem like ****. and if they do this for every celeb who this happens to, then shame on america [yeah i said it] the good news is-if she serves her whole sentence-shell still be in jail by my birthday! oh what a birthday it will be lol |
Quote:
No, she is in the county jail. They put her in solitary confinement because of the potential liability - that and, IMO, the fact that the sheriff likely does not want La Hilton blabbing about the crooked nature of almost all prison systems. |
Quote:
how are people wanting the law applied differently to her? how did the judge treat her far worse than anyone else who would've violated probation? I, personally, have seen this happen more times that I can count and I worked directly in the office with the probation officer and saw many escorted directly to jail with my own eyes...maybe your legal experience in GA is different than mine though. her sentence is what it is. she should serve it. and apparently, the judge thinks she should too. |

Quandry, quandry, qaundry....

Hmmm..... Easy, you release the rapist, because if the rapist is around La Hilton long enough he would develop "a rash" (aka "A medical problem that would require treatment") that would require his immediate release  Brian "Wynette the tudor" j. |

She was treated harsher by the judge in that no one gets the 45 days, at least according to every pundit I heard  |

http://defamer.com/assets/resources/...idol-cryer.jpg sisters, y/y?? i'm agreeing with everyone on sending her ass back to jail is best. even though they are making an example out of her, no one else would get out of it, why should she? Even though it interferes with her nail appointments. |
