Oh my GOD!!! Someone beat me to it! I was hoping that there would be an acapella of Stand Back floating around with all the new remixes coming out and I wanted to do a mashup with the music for Little Red Corvette and Stevie's vocal. Well, Bangers & Mash have made a really cool mashup called Road Rage. It's not exactly what I would have done but they did an amazing job of mixing the two songs together. And yes, it's absolutely scary how close they are.

I really loved it. It fits together perfectly like Stevie said. I was bopping to it even this early in the morning. :blob2:

The verses of the two songs work well together. The choruses are melodically different, so that part clashes.

Just put it into my ipod and listened in the car...that **** is dope! (Thanks Daniel). Two of my all time favorite songs mashed together! I bet Stevie would love it and I'd love to see her reaction. While I did enjoy it I wouldn't mind hearing a less techno version, that would be cool.

Don't like it... It's not bad, but nah!

I didn't like it either...not that it's bad...It just wasn't my cup of tea.

But this is just my opinion.

The verses could have been mixed together more smoothly, but other than that, I love it! :thumbsup:

it's interesting but a bit of a mess :sorry: other than the percussion, the two sound totally different.

edited: 2nd listen better. just have to find the beat i guess & stay with it.

ok - this is very cool. i think it works great. and i like the little bit of mess!

i'm writing this as i listen - don't love the chorus mash up part.

liking the "need a little sympathy" part.

okay - overall, mr. clark, i would give this an 8 out of 10. it has a great beat, and i can dance to it. just a few issues with the chorus, as i said. but pretty groovy overall.

I like this. Listened to it back to back for about 4 times and it is a really good effort to mesh the two songs together.

A+ for effort and giving us fans something new to listen to while waiting for the tour to start.

I agree. The Chorus part is a little off, but other than that I really liked it.

right click on it and "save link as" should do the trick.

When you say "all the new remixes coming out", do you mean they are coming out with "official" remixes for Stand Back? I'd love to see that happen :D

I wish they had mixed the verses and done the chorus differently. If they mixed up the verses it could have been kind of a weird duet. :p
