I was not too sure if I was going to make the trip out here from Rhode Island but I did and I was glad that I did.
Anyway, the venue looked liked a huge living room with a carpeted floor and hardback upholstered chairs. I felt like I was at a recital or an auction not a concert.
Lindsey seemed to be not himself last night but the show was great none the less. I found out later that he was sick. Poor Lindsey. :distress: :xoxo: I really knew that something was up when he did not play Shut Us Down but I had a feeling that Lindsey was sick from early on. Maybe all the stress from that Lincoln fiasco wore him down. I hope that he is feeling much better.
People sat until ISA and after that everyone started to rush to the stage. There was a security person standing in front of the stage but he did not seem to care. People were using flash so I took my camera out and snapped a few pics without flash. I was still very nervous because it seems that I always get in trouble and I don't ever use flash.:shrug:

Thanks for sharing all this stuff. Sucks that he's under the weather.

On a side note, has anyone noticed these picks he's using now? I know someone mentioned something about NIN picks a while ago, but I swear.. at the Asheville show, they look like they have a pick in the middle, with the big red circle crossed out.. no smoking type thing. (Interesting to me, because a friend gave me a button with that same logo on it, though I have no idea who makes it or where it comes from.)

the nin pick has the circle with the line thru it, i'm fairly certain (the reverse side). spaci caught it at the jersey show :nod: not a clue where they came from but i find it funny that he's using them.

Yeah, I have one of those picks at home, from a distance it definitely looks like a no-smoking sign, but it says NIN. I didn't even see that until someone here pointed it out.

I love this one. not so much the look on his face, but his stance. the way his legs are:laugh:

I had heard that too. He does seem a bit green around the gills in the pics. Thanks for sharing the pics/vids with us. I hope he feels better soon. Thankfully the leg is winding down and he can get some much needed rest. Will you be there tonight?

Actually, I heard that the rest of the band had been sick and that they passed it to Lindsey. I don't know how they all do it with so many shows back to back without much time off in between. I have a hard time just going to the shows without getting very tired.

As usual, your pics are awesome. Was Lindsey congested or did he just seem like he was hopped up on cold medication? I sort of imagined that with everything going on as of recently Lindsey would either be really, really grumpy or perhaps susceptible to something. Hope he feels better soon!:)
