I dont post very much. I'm shy and just lurk most of the time. But I'm at work and I have no one to share my excitement with :blob1:
Crystal Visions just showed up in my mailbox at work :eek: . I pre-ordered through Warners with the rush delivery and figured it would arrive sometime next week. I cant believe it's here already! I cant watch the DVD till I get home but the packaging is really pretty and the book with the photos is neat. A couple in there that are new.The card is neat too. Anyone else get theirs yet? I was almost scared to post too much as I didnt want to spoil anything for anyone else but I couldnt contain myself!

oh I'm super excited...warners mentioned we would receive early when ordering the package! I will be leaving work early with the hope to have that DVD in my hands this evening...I really want to hear all commentaries, etc.

OH ****. I wish I had used the rush delivery. Nah. I can wait.

I sure do. :D Its at home though. I wont be there for another 3 hours but I would be happy to do some scans for you. I dont want to spoil anything for anyone though...

get the mail for her for awhile. She was so happy about that. If I knew that would make her so happy I'd have done it a long time ago. :shrug:

Warner does have the delivery game down pat. Not sure if y'all remember when TISL was available thru preorder from OnlyHitMusic.com. They shipped a week before the album was commercially released. Many fans received the CD early. Sounds like they're doing the same for some of these CV orders. :woohoo:

I called them this am and they said they went out yesterday or today, so it should come soon. :wavey:

same here...now i wish i would have added the extra $ for rush delivery...dang it anyway...

Isnt it awesome!! The Bella Donna stuff is the best. After The Glitter Fades actually made me teary eyed! The majority of the video commentary is hilarious.

I got mine today too :blob1: It's freakin' awesome. I've only watched it once because I don't want Peg to overdose (lol) but the commentaries are hilarious. She is so cool (and hot at the same time :D ). Now I'm gonna listen to the cd.

I ordered on 3/12 - did not use rush delivery - and got mine today.

Just finished watching the DVD - I am floored (and a little tipsy - been drinking mimosas and have nearly polished off an entire bottle of champagne)! I have fallen in love w/ this woman all over again. Y'all are gonna love it! LOTS of new quotes! :thumbsup: That's all I'm gonna say, unless you want to know more, of course. :p

^^^ I didn't cry watching the DVD, but I did over something in the booklet. Gut-busting laughter? Yes! Which I'm sure would have happened even without the booze! I had the week from hell at work, so it was nice to enter Stevie's "little world" for awhile and have her make it all better. :p

I hate to be a bearer of poor news and I wish nothing but the best for you. but, I swear, if I ever get out of the legal field, I will be ecstatic.

What would you want to do instead? I like doing things fast under deadline. But that probably isn't why you don't like it? I also like meeting smart men in the workplace. Did I just say that? Are lawyer men lascivious ho's?

I know excatly what you mean, happened to me too and I'm completely sober (for a change :D )

it really differs from firm to firm. in some firms, paralegals do what legal secretaries do at other firms. I just want to do something creative and interesting and not so much damn databasing, copying, notebook making, etc...

and I and all my paralegal friends agree that something happens to people when they receive their J.D. - they become an A class asshole. like they think they are god and talk to you however they want. oh lordy, don't get me started.

Uh...so...no lascivious ho's? Just A-holes? :laugh: I actually have a friend who is a lawyer, and he's nice. But an out of control ho when he drinks. And a medium out of control one when he doesn't. :laugh:

Doctors and lawyers are probably the hardest people to work for - divas that they are!

My current nightmare at work has more to do w/ the 2 new legal secretaries than the attorneys. And a lot of turnover w/ several admin staff members (not just those 2) in the last 6 months...too many ch-ch-ch-changes lately...in an already dysfunctional environment...don't get ME started. :rolleyes:
