I'll be at Wednesday's show. I'm leaving tomorrow and coming home either Saturday night or Monday. I'm pretty sure my boyfriend will bring his laptop so I'll try to post the set list.

Whoa, that's early. To what show are you going? Not the Wednesday show, right? You'll be having jet-lag (or you're one of the lucky ones who don't have that).

I'll be arriving in Vegas two hours before the Wednesday show. Hell yes I'm going.

And no, I don't ever suffer from jetlag. Because of my job I sleep the oddest hours anyway, so my body's used to it. Besides, the 9 hours from Amsterdam to Chicago will be spent sleeping, thanks to these lovely pills my doctor prescribed for me.

You lucky duck!!!!! Have you read what happened to Peg & me??? I still can't believe it. But I'm not giving up, where there's life there's hope. Maybe we'll meet in Vegas (would be nice to speak Dutch again for a change).

That's good that you don't have any jetlag. Be careful with those pills tho, you don't want to take too many.

Anyway, if we don't get to go (still praying for a miracle) have fun and stay safe!!! What seats did you get?

I just read that, yes. Almost sounds like a bad case of karma. I think I would have walked from Portland to Nevada. :p

He gave me just enough sleeping pills to get me through a long boring flight. I hate flying. Not because it's scary, but because it's so utterly, ridiculously DULL.

I'm starting to think it is bad karma.... but what can you do??? Walk??? I don't think so, it's an 18 hour drive.....

I love flying. Las time was when I got here in 2004, it's interesting to see where you're at, how cold it is up in the clouds etc. Anyway, if we do get to go to Vegas, would you like to meet up or are you going with friends?

Well, have fun!!!! I just read on 7wonders that you have 2nd row tix, awesome. So do I!!! What section are you in? I'll give you a wave (IF I'm gonna be there at all).

Sounds like the time I went to Vegas to see Stevie in 2001. We arrived a couple of hours before the first show. I think I was up for around 30 hours straight due to the time difference

I did that in my 20's, now I'm in my 40's my head says:"You can do it" but my body goes:"Oh no, you can't". 'And I'm getting older too'.... It sucks :o

LOL! We were only there for a weekend and I think I hardly shut my eyes. I thought I would sleep on the plane coming home but didn't manage that either!

Oh God, just thinking about it makes me want to get some sleep. Did you at least get some sleep when you got home?

Hence the sleeping pills. I don't suffer from jetlag, but I will suffer from sleep deprivation. If I don't sleep, by the time the show will end I'd be awake close to 40 hours. :eek:

I was actually quite ill when I got home! I think it all caught up with me! Was worth it to see Stevie though!

I remember eating a steak at 3am and my body thinking it was 8 hours later!

Wow. I'm impressed with you people who travel across the world to see Stevie. I can't think of anybody I'd go see that far away. Not even family.

It's the only way to get to see her! She hasn't toured solo over here since 1989. And when FM came in 2004 they'd not been since 1991 (I think)

I'll be there Friday and Saturday night. Would be cool to hook up with people before the show!

gypsyrhiannon (Kristin) and wldhrt315 are coming with me to the Vegas show tonight (Tuesday) and tomorrow. I honestly had no idea who was going so I didn't make any plans to meet up with a big group, but I am going to meet up with Sorceress. Should be fun!
