Or your manbag? Or do you not carry either one?

My purses are all medium size - anything too teeny & I can't fit my **** in there, anything too large (like those big hobo sacks) and I can't find a damn thing, my stuff just gets lost. My favorite purse is burnt-sienna colored suede with black leather straps - I get more comments on that one than any other purse I've ever had, and the thing only cost me $20 on sale at JC Penney's. :laugh:

Right pocket:
- .5 mechanical pencil (I.hate.pens.)

- Keys, meal card/student ID, jump drive (right hoodie pocket always & only)

Left pocket:
- Burt's Bees
- iPod, if listening (left hoodie pocket always & only)

Sometimes have:
Left pocket:
- Wallet (I hate having it in the back pocket)

In my messenger bag for school (I don't carry it with me all the time, but whatev):
- Folder with all current/non-specific work, letters in progress, etc + looseleaf paper
- Snack of some sort (usually a granola bar or two)
- Right now, three packs of Orbit (Raspberry Mint, Bubblemint, and Lemon Lime)
- Two tubes of Burt's
- Scientific calculator
- Book for those core classes where the professor says everything BUT stuff that has something to do with the course and don't matter in the longrun (currently Survivor by Chuck Palahniuk)
- More pencils, all .5 lead mechanical
- A pen or two for when I absolutely need one
- iPod if not in use
- Cough drops (Hall's cherry & Robitussin lemon & honey)
- Extra lead for aforementioned pencils
- Sometimes my laptop for note-taking, since notebooks are old meme
- Sometimes textbooks, for classes that actually use them
- Sometimes another folder, for classes where I need to be organized and such

Like I said, I only do pockets. But, a friend of mine carries a murse all the time. He has three of them. One time I asked him what the hell he had in there, so he dumped it out. To my recollection here were the contents:

A few tiny travel packs of Wet
Spare keys
A ****load of gum wrappers

i seriously don't get purses. i have a cute nine west bag that i carry only if i have to, like, if i'm wearing something that doesn't have adequate pockets. it always feels like a freak if i have a purse with me. i hate feeling too girly.

I don't carry a bag, and I try not to carry a lot in my pockets, because I have a tendency to leave things in there. I can't tell you how many tubes of chapstick I've lost in the dryer. :laugh:

I'm too absent-minded to haul around a lot of stuff anyway. I carry my wallet, keys, and cellphone in my pockets, that's it.
