Which show are you looking forward to?
I must say that The Grammys are at the top of my list for a few reasons.
|
I've always been an American Idol fan. Don't know why....
But the Grammy's are great too.:p |
Oscars all the way!! I LOVE them...always have.

I can't even remember the last time I watched the Grammys. I used to be such a starfu*ker, I'd watch them ALL and just get so excited at every single camera shot of a celebrity... My favorite part of those shows is still the random shots of the audience/celebrities.... |
i don't watch AI or DWTS. i'm going to watch the academy awards, but i am completely ignorant when it comes to cinema, so i'm not ****ting myself over them. i voted the grammys.

Especially regarding the Oscars. If I had any respect left for the Academy it would've been lost as soon as they announced Marky Mark's nomination for best supporting actor. |

Oscars. I'm a glutton for those award shows, I always watch the Golden Globes and the Emmy Awards also. They always start at 2 am here and last until 6 am. (Yawn.) But me and my sis always make a night out of it. I have to steal my dad's cable box though, since we don't get E! and ProSieben (German channel that airs the shows) on our regular cable box.
I don't think ProSieben airs the Grammys. I have to check that, I love that show also, but I usually watch clips and pics the day after. |

I just picked the Grammy's because my girl Mary J. Blige is gonna take 'em all home.
You go, Mary. |

I am so looking forward to the Grammy's this year, simply for the Chicks. They are performing and I'm hoping it will be "Not Ready To Make Nice", since it is up for song and record of the year, that song kicks ass! With everything that unfairly happened to them and then this great album and everything it and that song represents, it would just be so sweet for them to win. The real kicker would be for them to walk away with Country Album of the year  Eat that all you dumb red necks :D I'm also rooting for Neil Young. He wrote a whole album about war, he even has a song called "Let's Impeach the President", and no uproar over that but the Dixie Chicks should be burned at the stake. |
Where the 'all the above' option?
I'm a sucker for award shows. Even though they end up boring as ****, they still suck in me. |

I'm having a get together tomorrow night with a party tray and box wine. wanna come? |

Hmmm...
"None of the above" would be my pick, were it an option.
Edit: I will be looking forward to the Daytona 500 on FOX next Sunday, February 18th |
I picked Grammys, but the Oscars are a VERY close 2nd.

The first hour of the Grammy's will be good, I am sure. I can DVR Housewives and Brothers & Sisters. But I am SOOO hooked on B&S that, even though its recording, just KNOWING that it's on is gonna make me crazy and I'm gonna have to watch it! I'm so out of it, though, I had no idea that the Police were playing! SASS! Who else is scheduled to perform? rbs |
   How could you not know about The Police performing? That was the rumour that sparked the leak of the reunion tour. They are opening the show. I wouldn't be surprised if the Housewives and B&S are reruns. The networks tend to do that when they know they're gonna be beat in the ratings anyway....if not, then I think you should record the Grammys while you watch the other shows! I'm really shocked that you're not into 'em, being the huge music fan that you are.
