Yeah, I love these. Then I feel kinda bad for Stevie sometimes because she can't stop talking and Chris upbraids her. :laugh: Kinda reminds me of...you know...my life?

I received when I received that recording, it was recorded somewhere during the tour for "Tusk" (I will have to re-listen to that recording to verify.)

It reminds me of a similar recording of a phone conversation that I have from 1998 by a 'certain' member of Fleetwood Mac.

As usual, I don't know if I have all of these recordings, so I am happily downloading them in case.
I know I heard some of it before, and it was great fun listening like a fly on the wall of the smoky boozy velvet and leathery limo.
I love the tapes with candid conversations in them!

I think it was two different times. (Unless these are different tapes than I have, which I doubt.) One from 1978, around the time Lindsey had his spinal tap thing, and one from the very early 80's, when Stevie mentions Robin being sick and Christine talks about Lindsey singing on Hold Me. Or are these solely the conversations from inside the limo? With Stevie talking about Mick's ugly shoes? Those are the ones from '78.

I think the only one missing (and I'm missing it too) is the latter one you mention re: Stevie talking about Robin.

These are great tapes. Stevie was so cute but annoying in some of them just yakking away.

Was sad the last tape when she was talking about her and Sara having same temperature as Robin and thinking Robin still having her hair might mean a miracle.

I love how they're watching like, Star Trek or something in one of Mick's tapes. :laugh:

Oh, I got it to work....what a riot. They are hysterical to listen to...a bit frustrating because they talk over one another, but how funny.....did Stevie mention her friend Robin at one point, or am I hearing things (boy, that sound bad)?

Omg I know I have computer issues, but any help here would be appreciated. I downloaded these the other day but didn't have a chance to listen to all of it. But now I can't find where the hell they are. Does anyone have any idea where a file like this would be (automatically) saved?
