i don't think there's a chance in hell stevie or "her people" read the ledge on any regular basis. her own official website looks like it hasn't been updated in 10 years, and that is not a slam on john kinney, who i'm sure does the best with the resources he's given from la nicks. stevie's just not up with the times, not hip to the jive, not "with it" ... :laugh:

i think it's a question of human nature. who could possibly resist checking us out every so often? i doubt she reads it regularly - but do i think she, her band, the girls, cory, her niece come by every so often to see what craziness we're on about...? hell yes. :nod:

I know they are aware of The Ledge. With all those wonderful Q&As, how could they not know about everyone here. Didn't the Penguin Q&As spawn Ask Stevie? And Marty was working the Fleetwood Mac camp in 2003 or so to further the cause to make The Penguin the official site. But I think those talks fell through.

I could picture somebody from "her camp" reading it, especially if something's going on, and maybe sometimes giving Stevie a quick summary.
Personally I doubt she's been on the Internet herself more than 5 or 6 times, 10 tops. Once a "hippie," always a "hippie," and I betcha she hates computers. :shocked:

I think it's a disctinct possibility that someone from her life reads the Ledges....not her per se...but I think it gets read once in a while by people who know and may even be close to her....

Hum thats a good question.I think she has no time too,but she programs Ipods now.she must know something about how to get online, hum we never know if she is taking a peek at us on her laptop computer in her tour bus,hotel or home, saying, wow my fans have alot to talk about. also her help probably browse the internet and this board and have a couple of laughs at us any way.

And, no, I don't think she reads it at all. I mean, why would she? She can do anything she wants, and doesn't like the internet. If I could do anything I wanted, and I was Stevie, I sure wouldn't be here - especially since if I was Stevie, I wouldn't need to come here to read about Stevie.
Plus, I have a feeling she doesn't like to read reviews and stuff all the time. You know how "sensitive" she is. We would fall under the heading of "and stuff".

I think she has people read the site for her.

I'm still not convinced that Stevie reads any of her fan community comments, but I've seen stuff that makes me wonder. A few years ago, I suggested on Enchanted that she open for Sheryl back in '01 and at one of her TISL shows, she made some speech about "I'm not opening for Sheryl and she's not opening for me." That made me wonder a little bit...
