So How Did Everyone Do with Vegas Tickets??
I'm not going this time (just saw here there last month), but I tried pulling tickets just out of curiousity and pulled a couple row 2s, 3s, 4s, in section 3. Wednesday was the day that had the best seats available. How did you guys do?? Good, I hope.

I know there is the curiousity factor, but I wonder when people pull up tickets "just to see" are the removing the tickets from someone elses view who would be making the purchase?
|
^ yeah, but I threw them right back. So they were available. Hopefully a Ledgie got them.

Thanks to the Ticketmaster Express hotline, my friend Jessica and I are heading to the Saturday show with Orchestra 4, Row AA tickets.

Well, I did not do as well as I ideally would have liked...but it turned out okay. Vegas is really difficult because so much of the front section is reserved for high rollers, VIPs, etc. This can also be good, though, because a lot of the time those people do not show and their tickets get released later. I ended up with a range of Row 5 to Row 10 over the four nights. Definitely decent, and I'm sure the whole trip will be a great all-around experience.
QUESTION: I ended up with tickets in a handicapped section for one of the nights...I just saw the row and bought them. Hopefully I didn't take the seats from someone who requires them, but luckily there appears to be ample accomodations according to the seating chart. Has anyone else had this happen before...can I be denied the seats??!!! Paranoid now. |
Did anyone else get kicked off of Ticketmaster for the day for trying for tix too many times? It sure happened a lot sooner than it used to.
My husband and I both did...luckily we had already purchased tickets to all the shows and were just trying for upgrades. |
I haven't even looked yet.

we did allright
we scored tix in the front 4 rows for 3 nights and row 12 for 1 night, i was pissed off that by the time i was off the computer there was somebody on e bay with front row, all fancy artwork for 800 bucks a pair and they had 2 pairs, there is no way they could have got these like the rest of us did and then put them on , someone has an in at ticketmaster to do this, we all should complain to ticketmaster about them

Never in my life have I gotten good tickets when they first go onsale. I have been buying my own tickets for Stevie since the Mirror tour. (before that I depended on Mom to buy them.. ) This morning, I got three tickets, Row AA.. in section 4. I was beyond shocked.

Well I'm up in the rafters. I wanted the 1st row up there, but could only pull up the 2nd. One of these days I'll come up with the $$ for the front rows seats, but not this trip.
I'm so glad for all you that were trying for close up seats, and got them:thumbsup: even thou I'm jealous all h*ll! It's nice to know that the express phone # works so well, I'll be keeping that in mind for when my time comes. Just glad to be going! It's gonna be great! |

Congrats to all of you that scored great seats! It's hard - especially in Vegas. Like I said before, Wednesday's show seemed to be pulling the best.
You can find a super-detailed seating chart on the Caesars website. Click on entertainment and then the Colusseum. You'll feel like you're going cross-eyed trying to locate your exact seat in the little squares though. |

Seat location: section ORCH6, row GG, seats 603-604 It also got classified as the physically disabled section, but looking at the map, I think all this means is there are folding chairs that can be removed if someone has a wheelchair. I got seats like this in 2005 at Nissan Pavillion in VA, and got folding chairs. I think it just means, they allotted for more space on the floor for each seat. Did not have a problem in 2005. In fact, there was someone in a wheelchair, but he was right up front and we were a couple rows behind him. If someone knows anything else related to this specifically to Caesars, please let us know, but I think this is what it means. Isn't the stage set up kind of different anyway? During the Edge walk in 2005, didn't Stevie have to step down to a lower platform or something? |
To be totally honest, I wouldnt spend the top dollar unless I was reasonably sure I'd have a chance to gt to the stage. The cheap seats at the Palace arent bad at all.

Holy crap, I just checked how much seats will be with service charge on Ticketbastard.
$197 total for the top seats! That's almost $40 in service charges. Total highway robbery and part of me wants to skip the whole thing in protest. Which I won't because I'm going, but still this is b.s. |
Tell me about it! I bought two tickets in ORCH 3, and they were $159.00 each. By the time all of the Ticketbastard charges were on, two ticket cost me $389.00!!!
Oh, by the way, I got seats in MM, 13th row, but of course would like to get closer. My boyfriend has since told me that he doesn't care enough to go for what I spent on the ticket *gasp* so I might be willing to trade my two tickets for one closer if anyone has any interest. Just let me know. He can then occupy himself while I rock out with Stevie! |
