I have decided to waive my right to continue to be part of this vote.
I believe I can no longer partake in this event. I feel that some of the greatest songs have been shot down in the earliest stages and have been left behind in the midst of musical voting mayhem.
Do you people not know what you have left behind, those songs that you have forgotten.
Songs that have captivated out minds, hearts and memories. Don't you remember Dont Look Down, It was you, Holiday Road, Twist of fate and Down on Rodeo to mention a few, these songs have been pushed down into a forgotten past. A lost vote, a losing contender, FOR WHAT????????? What are we voting for anymore.

This music cannot be voted upon there is no winner. All of these songs inspire, influence and lead us in their own individual ways.
As i resign from this, i dont expect to be looked upon as a leader, a martyr or extremist. I dont expect everyone to believe me but i believe i will have followers.

Tell you what, after this survivor/knockout has ended we can do one of those top 20 Lindsey solo song threads again. Everyone can make their own list but then sometime later the results will be summed up and we'll get the ultimate top 20. It'll be a different outcome than in this knockout, I'm sure.

And then someone should give that ultimate top 20 to Lindsey to play as a setlist. ;) Although if you want it to be perfect, you better meet up with the man himself and give your own top 20 list to him. :nod:
