Does anyone have a copy of this? I want to hear her duet with Lindsey..I have never heard it.:shrug:

It is better. When she comes in on "like your passion and your anger" - SHEEBUS. Also, this is the story of their lives in a way. The woman is such terrific writer :nod:

I love the song. The only thing that bothers me in the duet is LB's vocal is not that great, but he's psoitivrly soars and compensates.

the only part i like is "crazy men, crazy women". I'll give it another listen later tonight :nod:

i loved twisted from the first time i heard it. i thought it was one of her best - until i heard the duet version with lindsey. :shocked: perfection made even better.

I agree. :nod: It makes the harmonies sound out of sync in some places. But the greatness of the song more than makes up for that. My favourite part is "I know you know watching you go is like dying".

Love the duet version much more. It's all about the passion and the anger and like Strand said, the story of their lives.

I love this song. my favorite live version has to be the Boston Mixfest. I love when she really tears up the last "you like to be SHAAAAKKKEEN" part. but I do love the duet version. it melts my heart.

Not to be a buzzkill... but I see the "Twister" soundtrack listed for sale on Amazon. I'm not saying that means it is still in print... but I guess we would be denying Stevie her $0.20 royalty for each copy that doesn't sell. :shrug:

I happen to get douche chills whenever I hear the Enchanted Tour version of "Twisted." Lindsey's arrangement was very understated, sweet and melodic... whereas the live arrangement sounded very, very middle-of-the-road-blah. Almost like the musical bed for a radio jingle or something. :eek:

I got the soundtrack album for this song alone (something which I normally don't do), and it was worth it. Somehow, there must have been a turn for the lower register in Stevie's voice between the Twisted/Enchanted box set era and the Trouble In Shangri-La era. I like better how she sounds on Twisted.

"Twisted" is one of my favorites -- I think she and LB sound fabulous.
