Hey Guys,

Just wanted to say merry christmas to everyone around the world. I know a lot of you will be visiting relatives or have relatives vist you and I just wanted to wish you all safe journeys over the hols. We have the whole family over tonight - thats Me, Mum n Dad, 2 brothers, sister, brother in law, neice, aunt, uncle, grandparents..all squashed into our house. Mum is on a frantic cleaning binge to get the house ready at the moment - I've never seen so much washing before. We just have the general xmas thing going on over here..Gran n Grandad have just got here and have allready started on the booze...typical. Well you get the idea anyway. I love the time of year and wish you all the best for xmas and the new year.

Have a Fabulous Christmas and a Mac-filled new year,
All the Best and with love from
Chris

Merry Christmas everyone, and happy holidays.

I had sent in a request for a little dusting of snow, but it's looking pretty slim. It was 55 degrees when I woke up this morning :( I mean, don't get me wrong, that's nice and all, but it's just not right. :distress:

Thank you, thank you! We just got that chair and ottoman for $100! It's used, but looks brand new. Now, I need a new sofa, but that won't be happening for a long time. :)

Is it okay to post Xmas stories in this thread? If so, I'll start. I just got back from Xmas Eve with the family. Biggest story is that my cousin, who just turned 15, showed up and she is seven months pregnant.

I've never seen so many people struggle awkwardly for words in my life.

Oh, and my sister (who I've always thought looked like Stevie) was wearing a fabulous Stevie-ish black dress and knee high black boots. I told her she looked like Stevie and she said "I knew you'd say that".

Anyway...my Christmas is done as we celebrate Xmas Eve. Tomorrow will be Dreamgirls and then watching two Dolly Parton christmas movies that I taped this week.

Merry Christmas to everyone! I'll have to post what Sara did this morning later on when she's in bed! We have Samantha, so that's wonderful! We got to spend our first Christmas together! Words can't describe how happy I am!

estranged4life 12-25-2006 11:22 AM

Well...

I'm sitting here trying to remember the very few positive Christmas' from past years (post 1977/pre-2004) and keep those memories alive in my mind.

Hope everyone enjoyed their holiday...

Merry Christmas to all and good fortune in the coming year!
We had so much fun last night. We ended up in front of the tv watching Frank Sinatra live at Caesar's Palace in '78.

WelshWitchPMD 12-25-2006 02:15 PM

I had so much fun over a friend's house last night. She gave another one of our friends a Freddie Mercury doll! Boy did we have fun with that mostly at the doll's expense. I took some photos of it but I am having a really hard time trying to get the data on my PC. As a matter of fact my laptop almost crashed while I was trying to transfer the data from the SD card. It is a 2.0 GB card so I am wondering if that was the problem.

I wish you all a warm and cozy Christmas. Let's hope religion will finally do what it is found out for: bond people instead of dividing them.
