What do you want for Christmas???

I'll start:
World Peace...:) :wavey:

Miss Vicky 11-26-2006 03:25 PM

Joaquin Phoenix - naked and in my bed.

Yeah, that's really about all.

DavidMn 11-26-2006 04:37 PM

I want my 2 front teeth.

Rickypt 11-26-2006 04:43 PM

I've asked my family/friends to contribute to my Boston marathon charity thing instead of gifts.

Pssst: BW....world peace is never gonna happen. Maybe a sweater or something?

DrummerDeanna 11-26-2006 05:05 PM

I want no family drama

I'm going to two seperate places - so that my mom and sister will have no contact....so I hope I can have a pleasant and non-drama filled Christmas.

There are no material possessions I need - a few DVDs and CDs I want - but I'll probably get those for my birthday and then something small or nothing for Christmas - we stopped going overboard with gifts last year, instead focusing on the season...it was wonderful.

irishgrl 11-26-2006 05:25 PM

I got a big part of it early in November (at election time!)

actual presents? dont have any requests, just want my family to be healthy and whole and alive.......

on a more global scale, I'd like to see the US finally become responsible re: global warming and environmental conservation etc....

PsychCat 11-26-2006 05:50 PM

A Red Rider BB Gun ;)

Red 11-26-2006 05:50 PM

Lindsey, just give me Lindsey.:p
I swear, I'll never ask for another Christmas prezzie again, if I can just have Lindsey.

JazmenFlowers 11-26-2006 06:38 PM

God, I love Sephora. I just got some new Fresh fragrances in the "Sugar" line....so delish. And their tools? Brilliant!

Peestie 11-26-2006 06:54 PM

The Special Edition 7 disc Jeff Wayne's War Of The Worlds. Suprised I've gone so long without it to be honest since I'm somewhat of a WOTW addict.

yep. Sephora is like my Wal-Mart. if there was one in my state, I'd be screwed.

estranged4life 11-26-2006 07:01 PM

Just some music is all (Would wish for snow, but with a threat of yet another major ice storm looming this week I will reconsider)...The holidays are my least favorite time of the year.

Sorry babe, but I can't feel bad for you - we don't have Sephora at all in Canada. Any time I'm anywhere in the States, it's a mandatory pitstop. That and Bath & Body works. God I LOVE that place!

WHAT?????

When did this glorious thing happen? Still, there's none here in Calgary. Or Vancouver or Winnipeg (2 cities I visit quasi occasionally). Sephora needs to move West, but at least now I know there's hope for the future.

Wild_Heart03 11-27-2006 02:35 AM

A life?

barring that, a nice synthesizer.

You'll shoot your eye out, kid. I love that movie. What a classic!

I got what I wanted. A 19 inch LCD flatscreen monitor. I just have to wait until Christmas until I give it to myself. "Santa" has to bring it to mommy! I also bought so 800 thread count sheets and Sex in the City season 6 part 2. It was the only one I was missing. I asked my family for gift cards to Best Buy, Victorias Secreat, and Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Other then that, I want my kids to be happy. That's all I really want for Christmas.

Everybody now: "Awwwwwwwwww!"

I'm getting an mp3 player for sure. I've requested sweaters, since I suddenly only have 2 or 3 & I love sweaters. That's about it. OH! Wait! I got that George Forman G3 Grill thing - the one with the interchangeable plates (including the wafflemaker.) My fam did Christmas early when my brother was here to visit, so I've already recevied that gift. It's $130 at Macy's & such, but mom found it at Aldi's for $45.

macmar71 12-01-2006 10:26 AM

What I really want is an ipod but I think the things below are more of a reality at the moment:
A bathrobe
Slippers
Over The Hedge DVD
A teal blue and a baby pink Murano Glass beads for my Pandora bracelet
Underwear
Socks
Gift certificates to Best Buy & Barnes And Noble

You just wait until you have carpet monkeys running around... you'll want them to be happy too so that you don't have to listen to the bitchiness.... are you happy now??? :D

What Do I Want for Christmas?

To be left alone. I know that sounds horrible, but I'm sick of ****ing people this time of year. Okay, this sounds better: I want to go on vacation to the mountains and RELAX!

danax6 12-01-2006 12:43 PM

A piano.

Le sigh. Never going to happen, I'm afraid. :(

I have a 1929 baby grand Baldwin. it is fab.

never say never. you may be able to find affordable ones in the paper.

DavidMn 12-01-2006 12:47 PM

I found something at Target the other day, the Sony dream machine. I want that.

rbs3676 12-01-2006 01:49 PM

My parents always ask us kids (meaning my brother, sister and I) to submit a wish list every year. My parents are extremely generous and very sweet people. So, this year on my list I asked for a cashmere robe (I found a really beautiful charcoal colored one at Saks), a Le Crueset Dutch Oven & a De Longhi cast iron indoor grill from Williams-Sonoma and a gift certificate to Kiehl's.

rbs

I sold my upright piano for $250, and it was in very nice shape.

sparky 12-01-2006 04:19 PM

Honestly, I don't want anything.

The stuff I could use, no one could ever buy me.

So, I'll settle for a fantastic turnout and great time at my holiday party. That's it.

ontheEdgeof17 12-01-2006 04:25 PM

I really do not want anything. Peace and quiet would be nice, though.
