Play Count

ok, i know in itunes you can organize your music library by playcount. i'm curious: what are you most frequently played songs? i didn't want to type mine out, so here's a screen shot:

http://img176.imageshack.us/img176/3...ountka2.th.jpg

i'm actually shocked that there are no rumours songs in my top 30 or however many songs there are there. it seems my favorite album, based on play count, is actually tusk!

who's next?

Apparently The Middle, by Jimmy Eat World is my most played song. I beg to differ, as, although I do love that song, it is SO not my most listened to.

have you ever left it on repeat without realizing it? i once did that while i was at work, which is how on my old computer, some sarah mclachlan song ended up having 400-some plays.

No, my iTunes almost always is on Shuffle. So it must come up a lot.

I just got a new computer at work so I lost all my play counts on iTunes. Since getting the new computer, my top plays are:

Charm Attack- Leona Naess (7)
How Will I Know (Whitney Houston cover)- The Lemonheads (6)
If I Could Talk I'd Tell You- The Lemonheads (6)
I Need Some Fine Wine, And You- You Need to Be Nicer- The Cardigans (5)
Set The Fire To The Third Bar- Snow Patrol w/ Martha Wainwright (5)

However, Last.fm has been tracking them for awhile so you can click on the link in my sig to see something more representative.

Top 7 on last.fm are:

Delays- Long Time Coming (49)
Gnarls Barkley- Crazy (48)
Neko Case- Hold On, Hold On (47)
Belle & Sebastian- The Blues Are Still Blue (44)
Buffalo Tom- Late At Night (42)
Death Cab For Cutie- Crooked Teeth (42)
Pernice Brothers- Clear Spot (41)

I'd be happy to upload any of these songs or any in my top whatever since they all RULE.

ok, i LOVE hold on, hold on by neko. i should actually check my last.fm to see what it says, because i know my itunes isn't completely representative. i also love that snow patrol/martha wainwright song.

i need new rilo kiley. stat. enough of this jlew/watson twin business.

They actually have two albums that were out before Final Straw and they're both as good as Final Straw is. There's also a couple of side projects I really like, namely one called The Reindeer Section. But the new album is just booooring to me. I don't like Chasing Cars because it's too AC-lite / Grey's Anatomy-y for me. Not a fan.

god I'm scared what mine might be. I'll have to check it when I get home.

#1-Big Love The dance style-FM
#2-It was You -LB
#3-Why -FM

that's all I know off the top of my head. I have no idea how much they have been played though.

see, I know. I have listened to PLENTY-O songs more than the ones I have listed. I just don't know if there is something I'm not catching, or they have been on repeat. I doubt it, since I don't know how to put them on repeat yet.
