I listen to Bella Donna, The Wild Heart, and TISL on a fairly regular basis. So those are my 1-2-3.

By virtue of the fact that I listen to it the most: Belladonna.

Some of you may be shocked by this, but I went with Wild Heart. I'm on a WH kick at the moment.....that's why I voted for it.

I actually had to toss a coin b/w BD and TWH. I love them both so much. in the end, I was captured by The Highway Outside the Rain and forced to ride high atop his pony.

Timespace (WHAT A GAWD-AWFUL COMPILATION!!)

why is that exactly? it contained her biggest hits and a couple new songs...all things a "greatest hits" should be.

precisely. i've never understood why some people are so unhappy with TS.

Three reasons:

Desert Angel
Love's A Hard Game To Play
Sometimes It's A Bitch

The rest is fine as a compilation of hits/released singles.

I dunno I just don't like it. I think there were songs worthy of a place (Long Way To Go, Nightbird etc) that weren't included and songs unworthy of a place (Love's A Hard Game to Play, Desert Angel) that were and I think the order of the songs is just crap.

but do those songs really warrant the amount of vitriol it receives? i don't even think they're that bad. :shrug:

I like SIAB but the DA and LAHGTP are unworthy of being on a BEST OF album . . simply because they are NOT the 'best of'

well, see, that's not a valid point then. you sounded very adamant in your disdain and now you say you don't know, it was missing some songs and the order wasn't to your liking. that hardly sounds like a justifiable way of describing a "gawd-awful compilation" -

No, I just say that it's my least favorite album. But it's not like it's crap or anything.

that's fine if it's not your fav, it doesn't rank very high with me, either, i'm just talking about the people who say it's a POS. that's what i don't get. :shrug:

Nothing Stevie has ever done is crap. I just like some more than others. Timespace was just WRONG!! I so hope the new Best of CD (if it ever gets released) will be a double CD.

Well, you have to have new songs on a 'Best Of' album in order to promote it.....(i.e. singles) I do admit her new songs on the album were outdated by 3 to 5 years, but they are still pretty damn good.

SIAB I like. Infact, i think it is one of her best during this time. However, the other two, although good, are not worthy of being on a Best Of.

Rock A Little for me...I really got into it last week when my Grandfather died and this album really helped me out. I love the pulsating, pounding, beat of "I Can't Wait". And "If I Were You" is just so beautiful to me. I also love how commercial "Talk To Me" sounds. :)

This album just makes me want to rock out everytime I hear it. :) :)

actually i love all of her albums. but i couldn't pick them all. so i voted for tisl.:wavey:

Thinking in terms of LPs, Side 2 of Rock A Little is the best stuff she's ever done, before or since. Too bad that after "I Can't Wait", Side 1 stinks (IMHYKO)...TOSOTM is just (again, IMHYKO) awful (except for "Rooms On Fire")...Wild Heart sounds more dated than any 1967 "hippie" album. In retrospect, Bella Donna isn't as strong as I once thought it was. Street Angel has moments, but more NON-moments.

So, by default, TISL would be my favorite from first song to last...there's not a song on it that I skip (which is MAJOR when it comes to ME listening to Stevie Nicks' solo albums).
