Fritz pics from 1970

I have 4 "never before seen" pictures of Stevie onstage with Fritz from 1970 on their way to me. one is said to have Lindsey as well. I'll post as soon as I get them.

(I hope these don't turn out to be crap or ones already all over the place.)

oooh Jason, thanks! I am excited already!!

here we are. I've never seen these. they are awesome!

Oh my god Jason, those are fabulous! I've never seen anything like this before. Score!

I know! they are unreal. the long dark hair. the fringe. the facial expression is classic Stevie tho.

Score, indeed Jason... Very cool! and rare.. haven't seen them before. Any idea of the year? and where?

She looks like she's just rockin' Someone asked for more Cowbell, and it looks like she's providing it...

Thanks for sharing J-- awesome indeed.

By the way, whateverhappened to that Fritz live CD (set?) that what's-his-name was trying to put together a few years ago...? It's weird that not another word has been said, that I've seen, after all that psuedo-drama about the illegally pressed 45, the "unauthorized" websites hosting the mp3 clips, etc...

GUESS WHAT

I got a fever.

And the only prescription is...

MORE COWBELL!

these are frickin' awseome!!!:xoxo: ~

These are so great—I love her in fringe!
Do you have the name of the venue?

i never thought i would see the day that fritz era photos would surface! thank you for sharing.

These are wonderful! Isn't it amazing the pictures haven't surfaced before??

Thanks for sharing!

That is one of the best pics ever.

I don't know the venue. I'll see if I can find that out and the exact date in 1970.

I love her groovy suede & bead vest!!

Wow. Thanks for sharing! I LOVE the dark hair.

Absolutely amazing.

LOVE those. thanks for posting.

if she didn't already make you want to be a 70s rocker chic, those would do it.

VERY, very exciting!!!! Did you get these for real, or the scans? Dying to know the story. Ab-fab! That something like that (a random band in Cali) had pics taken of them, and SURVIVED says a lot. Guess I won't throw away pics of those nobody bands I see. Ya just never know. haha

a friend of mine sent me the scans. I gave up ass and got these in return.

hey, check your PMs in about 2 minutes.

hot hot hot. those are so cool. she is so young and wild.

I bet that is the longest her hair ever was.

yeah, naturally.

Whoa, not even thirty minutes after I first opened this thread, I stumble on these very same pictures on the photographer's website.

Look!

Surely he has not had them up for very long. There is no way I would not have seen these earlier if they had been on his site a long time. According to a caption, the date was April 5, 1970. Our girl was only 21 years old!

Head over to his ordering page as well. He says you can purchase prints of these. And there may be more than just these four. He says that many of his pictures are not shown on the website.

^^^
hot damn. I've been had. I gave up booty for pics I could've gotten on my own.

....

the last picture reminds me of some of the earlier syw shots of stevie.

Thanks for sharing, babe. I'm partial to this one.

These are incredible!

Stevie looks alot like she does in the Thanksgiving photo of her, LB and the baby that was up on ebay awhile back. (a Judy Wong) She looks beautiful and just like a little hippy gyspy.

Was it at least good?:p

She's very Janis, her influence on Stevie is quite clear in these photos!

You gave up ass for these?!?!?! I'm a whore for SN pics, but surely your ass can get WAY more :p Not that they aren't amazing, but honey..........:wavey:

No PM =0( Ohhhh, but thanks for the one the other day. Guess I oughta check that more often. Not used to people talking to me. I feel so special. As in good, not as in "Ed"

Beautiful! The second is my favorite...these photos really bring that era of rock history back to life! Thanks for sharing!!!

Fabulous pics, Jaz! Thanks for sharing the wealth.

Thank you so much for posting the Fritz pictures!!!!!

So cool! Little hippie Stevie is so cute!! Thanks for sharing..those made my day!!!

Those are very cool. So Stevie's about 22; Lindsey is 21. I can't tell. Is Lindsey one of men in the pictures?

Lee :)

yes. he's hidden behind Stevie.
