Baby Names
I'm sure this has been done, but seriously. Recently I have had 3 VERY close friends pregnant. Now I have 2 because one just delivered friday. It got me thinking of baby names.
So what I want you to do is post 2 sets of names (first and middle). Please only post 2 sets instead of a list of 50 names you like. I don't care if it's a boy/girl, 2 boys or 2 girls. But if you have kids you can post their names or ones you have thought of. For my girl-I LOVE this name but I can't use it because a really good friend of mine's daughter has this name. It's not like I came up with it-Technically I would have stolen it from her, so all the more reason I can't use it. Girl: Anna Clay Boy: ....???.... Edward (my husband's middle name is edward and I've always liked it but not sure for the first name) I'll think some more:) |
Here are links to previous name threads if you're interested:

My daughter's name is Bronte Blair (Blair is my husband's name) and my son is Dean (coolest name ever, in my books). I still love these names. My new favourite name is "Ruby" and I am thinking of naming our new german shepard puppy that when we get one (our old shepard was called Carley, which is another name I love).

Both of my sister in laws had boys this year ~ one is named Memphis and the other is Parks

My children...If I had...
Lily Rose John Richard Jr. |
I always liked the name Henry for a boy. For a girl, Charlotte or Rosemary. Or Violet.
|
I don't want children, but I've always liked...
Girl: Madeleine Rose Boy: Luc (pronounced Luke, its French) or Sam |
Well, I have a Sara Nicole. If I had another girl, I really like Samantha. If I had a boy, maybe Luke or Brooks.

Hmmm...
Should God be really cruel and make Deb & myself parents in the near future, Here are the names we like:
Son: Damien Daughter: Rein (pronounced Rain) |
Lynx Marie
Antonette(Toni) Rain (pronounced "rain") my mom's name is Marie, my grandma's is Antonette, and my best friend is Rain. Red - Luc?! What the hell, we don't speak Canadian here! I like that name, actually. It's more pretentious than Luke. |
my favourite boys name is my brothers, Wesley. but I suppose I could still use it. I like Henry Luc for a boy and Leelee for a girl. My sister is expecting and said she likes these too, I hope she doesn't steal them. she already has one named Mason.

i have a pretty acute problem with a lot of parents these days. some of it comes from trying to pronounce names in class and some of it comes from having kayla, kayla p., kayla o., and kayla f. in ONE class.
butchered spellings suck. i have a kid named stefinny. like mama nicks. wtf? i have a kid named ryelleighi. ? i have a kid name jayremie. like jeremy. not a new name, just completely effed up. wei tuw gogh! whew. i like anneliese and julia and gianna for girls. i don't really ever think about boy names. in my heart, if i get drugged for delivery, when they hand me that pen for the birth certificate, i know i'd write down Stella Blue. deadhead forever! |
