V. cool venue for Lindsey to play.

Of course! I didn't even read the name! Hey...and we get UTS a few days earlier then the americans. Isn't that cool!

That's very cool, although I'd prefer a European tour over an early album release. It's just Mr B throwing us crumbs.

pick pick pick pick:thumbsup:

FORMER home of the Grand Ol' Opry. They moved to their own theatre quite a few years ago. They've just renovated the Ryman recently...but, the Grand Ol' Opry doesn't live there anymore.

i quiver. with antici..pation.

golddustwoman77 08-18-2006 02:05 PM

I'll be there for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hell yeah! I have seen many a show at the Ryman; it is the perfect venue. The last show I saw there was John Prine. The sound is extremely good. There isn't a bad seat in the place. I will say this; the seats are like church pews. Well, it was a church, before it was the Grand Ole Opry. :p It has a very quaint feel...really nice....very intimate venue. I think it will be perfect Lindsey.

OMG, I'm so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:blob2: :blob1:

shackin'up 08-18-2006 02:43 PM

Sounds like a doubledate. Definately a candidate If I'm going. Work-Technically a week to early, though.

Woooooohooooo!!!! See you there!!!

I'm such a nerd...I signed up to receive a "reminder" text message on my cell an hour before the tickets go on sale....like I won't already be sitting online an hour before that.

Make me nerd #2! I did the same thing. Maybe, we'll be right beside each other like we were at the Mac show that one time. That would be cool!

mondaymornin1 09-01-2006 11:41 AM

Dearest Lindsey,

Please stop changing the "tickets onsale" date for the Nashville show. The date moved from today (I think) to Sept. 8, and now it's Sept. 9. at 10am (central).

My daughter's first soccer game will possibly be at 9:30 that morning. Hmmmm, what to do, Lindsey tickets or soccer.....?:o

:p Obviously I'll be at the soccer game, but now you've given me a huge problem---I MUST have excellent seats for this show.

On second thought, could you please change the ticket sale date once again to a Friday? That would be better for me, thanks.

Oh, and how 'bout the rest of the dates? That would be great too.

Still love you, mean it.

michelle2677 09-01-2006 02:19 PM

IF he goes to Nashville, I will definately be there! It's only 2 hours from my house, and that is where I saw FM the 2 times I did. Plus I just love Nashville!!! <<<333

trackaghost 09-01-2006 02:28 PM

I've decided Lindsey isn't really touring. It's all an elaborate joke on his part.
He's at home now, chuckling to himself at how you've all been fooled.

michelle2677 09-01-2006 02:36 PM

^^^If he doesn't watch out, we may have to send the mob after him!!!+

To hold him down so we can "teach" him a thing or two about teasing us. I'm sure it will involve handcuffs. ha ha

seriously though. I didn't pay attention that earlier in the thread it was being discussed about the "sale" date. I saw sept 9 and thought "oh ****". I sent a text to my husband freaking out. Glad everything is back to normal now and my heart is still working.

I haven't posted here in a while, but I will defintely be at the Ryman! I can't believe it just so happens he's playing in my new hometown....although I won't believe it until the tickets actually go on sale. Should be an AWESOME venue to see him at though...very cool.

Kristin

PsychCat 09-04-2006 08:24 AM

COOL! I live here and didn't even know about it until I saw this thread!
What a great place for him to play.
Just hope I don't have to sit behind one of the posts downstairs!

golddustwoman77 09-06-2006 05:48 PM

Does anyone know the presale password for tomorrow? Is it "Mac?"

Do we need a password? I think you just have to purchase a copy of UTS via Ticketmaster in order to get 2 presale tickets to Nashville.

Lindsey's site says that the Atlanta presale is a "radio presale," so I'm wondering what the password for it will be?? I think Ticketmaster still lists it as a cd/bundle sale, so I'm kinda confused. Why do we need a "best seats in the house" presale for general admission? Hmmmmm.

BTFLCHLD 09-06-2006 10:49 PM

I am confused too...one of the links on Lindsey's site listed the password but it is not within any of the links now. I didn't write it down  and I can't recall what it was. Sorry.

Kelly 09-06-2006 11:11 PM

Is the Atlanta show GA? How can you have a presale for GA?

That is what I thought but I guess they do have some seats. I don't think that they are near the stage but maybe they figured people who want an actual seat will be able to get one. I wish that I could call the venue now.

michelle2677 09-10-2006 07:55 PM

does the ryman not have floor seats???

I may possibly get to go!! woohoo!!!

The Ryman does have floor seats, and balcony seats. If you are interested in front row, you should check out my post about my extra front row ticket that is on eBay.

michelle2677 09-12-2006 06:09 PM

only problem is-I need two. I have a friend going w/ me. :( :( :( or trust me-I WOULD!!!

I talked two friends into taking my other two tickets that I purchased, before I found the two front row--thank goodness! I wouldn't want to go alone either; I understand. :D
