NEW LINDSEY SOLO ALBUM/TOUR 08.03.2006

We are very pleased to announce that Lindsey has a new album coming out in October on Reprise Records. This will be an acoustic album titled Under The Skin.

Lindsey will also hit the road in October for about a month of shows across the US. Check back for the release and tour dates which will be posted as soon as dates are confirmed.

This is very exciting news! I won't be a downer and go into my concerns that this album is going to be in the vein of "Shut Us Down" and "Say Goodbye"... I'll just say that I'm beyond thrilled he has something new on its way in a matter of months. It's been a long wait for solo album number four!

Yeah. I'm not that worried, surely he'll play right next to me somewhere? He's only touring for a month, though? I hope he goes a bit longer. Does "acoustic album" mean all the songs will have only one guitar, or does it mean it will be an album of his usual 10 layered guitar parts?

Thank God were eventually about to get a new album. I was just saying to a friend, I will be just coming back from america on my honeymoon on 8th september and then as soon as i get tour dates and venues i'll be flying straight back out again. Isnt life just so tough.

There's still a chance that it'll be cancelled but since it's so close, it's less likely than with GOS. And if FM tour next year, it'll have to come out in October. Here's your chance boy, don't miss it!

It doesn't matter to me whether it's just old songs acoustically or 'new' songs with borrowings from the old ones. I'll take anything at this point. :nod:

I guess this means NO hundreds of euros down the drain for a big festival here in august. I'm gonna build up money for october. I have a one week vacation in october...so lindsey, PLEASE eastcoast in that week!!!!!
