This picture I get in my mind of this woman is like.. I dunno. 500 pound single white female, with leather-y skin and blue eyeshadow. Kinda like Mimi from the Drew Carey show. It's disturbing, really.

I guess that would have the potential to drive me crazy too.

What kills me is no matter how in the wrong she is...that when they DO call, and you are SO tired of it, and what to give them a what for...maybe you've had a bad day...they are just SO calm, it drives you nuts.
