I just read the words to Freedom - it reads pretty fierce.

I think "Battle of the Dragon" should be on the list, it's pretty dark.

Yes, it is very, very dark. And I considered putting it on the list, but it's more of a ballad than a crunchy rock song, so I left it off.

As an example, I am not a fan of WLT but there other songs on there I would vote off before that one that I do not consider dark, rock, or kick ass.

While the bridge of "How Still My Love" can get intense, the rest of the song is basically a slow burn- which has zippo to do with rock-n-roll.

You should vote for the song that you think is the weakest in terms of rock-n-roll dark intensity. If you think something is limper than "Whole Lotta Trouble", then go for it. Of course, one can vote for any song for any reason.

Oh, I think he did a great job with the picks. Maybe I'll think of something else later, but from the first few perusals I was very satisfied. For instance, I was glad he included Angel, because although it isn't that dark (even though Stevie said it is in the Tusk doc) it definitely rocks. And there were others that I thought were similarly not totally obvious, but great choices. :nod: For instance I was very gratified that he included Love Is Like a River, because I think it rocks pretty well, but some may have overlooked it.
