Bonnaroo Live Web Cast

I'm surprised there's not a thread for this yet. Bonnaroo is being broadcast LIVE, as we speak here:

http://blueroom.att.com/event_mediap...r.php?id=#vtop

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers are scheduled to take the stage at 8:30pm.

I wish I knew how to record this...

ryan8472 06-16-2006 02:18 PM

Cool, I'm watching Ben Folds right now. :D

I'm getting Live 8 flashbacks.

Who in the hill is Bright Eyes .where's Tom.
p.s these guys are good, folk, bluegrass rock?

TwistedGypsy 06-16-2006 07:44 PM

Bright Eyes is the name of his band, his real name is Conor Oberst. Singer/Songwriter. He has some really great songs that aren't like the radio pop on circulation. Also some very political songs too. I just wonder if Stevie has been watching the other performers and what she thinks.

danax6 06-16-2006 09:12 PM

Even at full screen the quality is still pretty decent. :) I lose audio for a few seconds now and then, anybody else got the same problem?

I think it's during the "roll another joint" part! That's nuts!

SNicksed 06-16-2006 09:14 PM

This show is awesome!!! I can't wait until Stevie takes the stage. I can't wait until Wednesday, when I see them LIVE!!!

WTF, I didn't even realize that.

TwistedGypsy 06-16-2006 09:16 PM

They need to do this for every concert. Lets weigh the pros;
a. I'm sitting in my comfy reclining chair
b. no lines at the bathroom
c. food and drink free
d. I'm in my pjs
e. hundreds of dollars not spent on a ticket

But there is nothing like that live concert experience.

The only downside is that we won't be able to touch Stevie's hand at the end- but that wouldn't happen anyway at this show. ;)

heyjupiter678 06-16-2006 09:20 PM

I couldn't make the Portsmouth show like I'd hoped, so this is awesome.

Marlene 03 06-16-2006 09:22 PM

I wonder what Stevie's doing right now. :o

SandyMac 06-16-2006 09:25 PM

I still think it would have been cool if Stevie sung on Free Fallin.

SandyMac 06-16-2006 09:28 PM

"Saving Grace" I really like this new song.

TwistedGypsy 06-16-2006 09:55 PM

Stevie's got the twins out tonight!!
I Need To Know rocked! Why can't she do that kind of performance for her hard core fans. Does she feel scared to be out there by herself? Whats the deal?

carrie721 06-16-2006 10:02 PM
