Bristow,VA - Nissan show- Effing AWSOME !

Wow ! What can I say other than Tom and The Heartbreakers and Stevie were awesome. What a terrific and energetic show !

Mike Campbell was on fire.

Photos to follow.

Glad that you had a great time. Can't wait to see the photos.

Stevie was all smiles during I need To Know and really rocking out.

She was also dancing a lot when she was doing her little "back up singer" thing during Don't Come Around Here No More. Really cute.

I also noticed that at the end of a song, Stevie tugged at her right ear.
(Kind of like how Carol Burnett does) only I think Carol tugs her left ear?

Has anyone noticed this and I think it was mentioned before, but just can't recall where.

I think she's messing with her ear monitor - I don't believe there's any significance to it.

This was different. I have seen her do that. It looked more like an ear tug, but
who knows. Maybe she had an itch there. ha ha ha ha I don't know why I just found that funny but I did.

Is she wearing the top hat and feather during DCAHNM? Cuz that would be COOL!

SandyMac 06-11-2006 09:53 AM

Duh, it just came to me.... I saw the ear thing happen after the last song, she probably pulled out her ear monitor.

No, she wore that outfit during American Girl. I do agree though, that outfit would be awesome during DCAHNM

You guys are over thinking this.

Let's call a spade a spade...I think she's actually trying to send a signal to Carol.

That, or she's communicating with Rhiannon & Pwyll (Mr. & Mrs. Dyfed) at their Frank Lloyd Wright-style five-bedroom ranch home in the Bright World.

Here are my photos. Sorry they are so blurry. La Nicks was too busy rocking out, and wouldn't pose long enough for me to get a good picture. :)

nightbird89 06-11-2006 10:55 PM

Just curious, did she do tambo toss during I Need to Know?

DestinyRules 06-12-2006 12:40 PM

More like doing her tribute to Lucille Ball after the zany redhead got her fingers stuck on her ears after she tried the same signal with her grandkids on her last series.

Thatnks! You got a few good ones.

And I have to say it. Would it kill the bitch to wear a different color dress? :D Huh? Petty's wearing red, Stevie, so be a rebel. You can do it.

I try not to complain, I love her & everything. But at this point I'd be thrilled with navy, emerald green, chocolate brown, deep burgundy - you know, colors that are almost black? like, if Margi could sneak something on her & she wouldn't even notice?

ok, i just totally loled, and my bro gave me a weird look.

hey, maybe we should start acting really creepy & sending her weird letters about witchcraft, so she'd stop wearing wearing black like she did back in the 80's.
