Band Face Off - Semifinals 3

Joni Mitchell saw off competition from Patti, Bonnie and Carly and joins Tom Petty in the next round.

Next up: some great American rock bands.

This one's tough. I love the Doors but I also love CCR. Morrison had such charisma and the "devil may care" attitude to back it up. But I chose Creedence. If I were to answer this poll tomorrow, I might choose differently.

Agreed word for word.

CCR for me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went with the Eagles.

I don't think I can choose. :o

CCR...those songs are defining rock forever.

I voted for Creedance because I really detest the other three.

What do they call that? Process of elimination?

Gotta go with Jim. Raaawr.

This is hard because I'm not in love with any of these groups. I can't decide between the Eagles and CCR.

Had to vote for HEART.

HEART!!! Come on people!

I'm amazed that, of these four, The Doors have received the fewest votes.

That just seems odd to me for some reason.

On the other hand, I'm thrilled to see CCR still in the lead!

Good race, but its CCR for me. :)

Heart for me.

After sitting the last round out (not really into any of them) I was troubled on this round between CCR and Heart. But I did go for CCR since I still enjoy their music greatly. I enjoyed Heart at one point, but now I can't really listen to them anymore. Although I am deeply passionate with their songs Nothin' At All, If Looks Could Kill, Dreamboat Annie and Dog and Butterfly.

The Doors...I swear they would be a lounge act if Jim was still alive. I was really into them during college, but you know, you get over it.
